Hi Anna1701, Thank you so much for sharing your comments on your family winter vacation. Winter family vacations can be so much fun when you can do winter sports such as skiing, skating and snowshoeing. It sounds like you enjoyed all of these activities at the resort this past year. We certainly had lots of snow! We appreciate your nice... More

For a supposedly family run establishment, this resort is very poorly managed. Management does not communicate with the staff effectively. Rooms are not very clean; in fact, bathtub had to be recleaned as it was filthy when we checked in. Food is OK. Nothing to rave about. The only good part was that we could ski and snow shoe on... I stayed here both for buisness and pleasure. Staff are fantastic, food is great, accomidations are very good, meeting facilities are very good and lots to do for the kids. Would not hesitate to stay at this resort again. I went for buisness first and liked it so much I booked a week for my family and another.

My family as well as my husbands siblings and his parents rented Albert Manor as a surprise 60th birthday present for my mother-in-law. We were really looking forward to getting away all together and were thrilled when we came across this house. It's not easy in Ontario to find somewhere for 8 adults and 3 children can stay comfortably. My... More

Dear TheF1, Thank you for taking the time to write a comment about your Fall stay at our resort in Albert Manor. This house is definitely a popular one as it has 5 bedrooms and large gathering areas. It was occupied 99% in the summer and judging by your comments, we needed to give it some deep cleaning attention. We... More

I recently went to the resort with a group of golfers for a golf weekend. This is a very typical middle of the road Muskoka resort. The rooms are clean and comfortable but most of our group mentioned repairs or refinishing in the bathrooms. It did not deter from our stay but certainly did not add. The location is beautiful... My family has been coming here for about 20 years. This is a wonderful resort, just 90 minutes from Toronto. It is one of the few "old school" resorts left. Meaning, simple yet lovely accommodations. Great food (loving the new chef). Fabulous kids' programs. Evening entertainment. Lots of activities. This is a place you come with your family, or as... More

We had booked a week at Bayview as part of a longer holiday at the end of three weeks travelling around Ontario, staying in hotels for a night or two.
