Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The decor is pretty much as it was left by the royal family in the 80s and parts of it are in slight need of a revamp but, personally, I think this adds to the overall charm of the place. The ground floor, entrance and breakfast rooms are all enormous and very grand....

Some love this hotel but my room was so awful i am totally prejudiced against it. The room was cell shaped, furniture was chipped and fusty, the bed cover and curtains were nylon and nearly all the light bulbs were dead. At night light streamed into the room through the glass panels over the door, it was like sleeping under...

This former palace is now a rather nice hotel. Although the furniture in my room was old fashioned, it was comfortable and spacious. The reception area was very comfortable and ideal for relaxing. Some rooms were much larger, guess it's pot luck as to what you get. The menu is large and the food acceptable. It was delightful to be...

I have been there for food, and it was extravagant. Thereafter the service was also too good. They would attend to every possible request of ours. And last but not least would be ambiance, as you do not eat in a palace so frequent.

Nilambag was owned by Bhavnagar's king, and now its hotel. Fantastic service and royal experience. Nothing best can happen in Bhavnagar if you have not visited Nilambag with family. It is expensive, but worth to pay for luxury experience

Had always wanted to stay in this property and got a chance this September. The heritage property is outstanding, choose the more expensive heritage rooms for a feel of living like royalty! however, the level of service is nowhere close to what this property deserves so expect so so service in lines with government managed properties.

When we had to leave at 7 in the morning to the airport the breakfast was ready at 6.30 with hot coffee as promised the previous night. Huge...
