Nestled in the heart of Kashan, Saraye Ameriha Hotel captivates guests with its perfect fusion of traditional architecture and modern comforts. Its prime location is lauded by many travelers, offering easy access to the city's historical treasures.
While the hotel's atmosphere is widely praised for its homey and picturesque charm, some guests find the dining options overpriced. Nonetheless, the spotless rooms, attentive service, and amenities like the on-site distillery and delightful courtyards with fresh bread and rosewater for breakfast consistently impress visitors, ensuring a memorable and authentic experience.

Detailed Reviews

We were greeted very warmly at reception and greeted with a special drink. There was a small problem when checking in, but the receptionist solved it professionally and friendly with admirable composure.
We were then led to our rooms through the beautiful courtyards. The courtyards alone are worth a visit, you feel like you are in 1001 Nights.
Our rooms were beautifully decorated with attention to detail, the bathrooms very modern and - like everything else in the hotel - spotlessly clean. The beds were also perfect, not too hard and not too soft. It couldn't have been better.
The breakfast was also wonderful, there was a very wide selection of everything. We particularly enjoyed the freshly baked bread, but everything else was good too. If you wanted, you could also have freshly prepared scrambled eggs or fried eggs, there was fruit, various types of bread, various sweet or savory toppings, tomatoes... I therefore absolutely cannot understand another reviewer's criticism of the breakfast.
I would also like to mention that all the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel is centrally located to many attractions, but our rooms were completely quiet thanks to their location facing the inner courtyard.
If I were to come to Kashan again, I would definitely book this hotel again.

Saraye Ameriha is a huge compound, consisting of four large squares or courtyards with swimming pools or fountains and gardens in the middle, plus seven smaller courtyards without pools or fountains. The 40 or so rooms surround the four large courtyards. The reception area was in the middle of the complex. We walked around and it’s very easy to get lost inside the compound given its size and where one courtyard led to another etc. They were all very beautiful. Their formal and informal dining areas were also very picturesque. The hotel is one of Iran’s largest historical houses, then renovated in 2014 into an old-style hotel that reminded us of the opulent Moroccan riads. We had a suite which consisted of a lower floor with the T&B and living room (which could convert to a bedroom) and an upper floor (six steps higher) which had the bedroom, writing desk, sofa set, with both floors having their own TV sets. The lower level also led to a winding staircase that led to an attic bedroom of sorts, with its own T&B. All the rooms had a arched-shaped ceiling, which we presumed was the original architecture of the mansion. Alas, there were no English language channels on TV. Everything inside the suite was pretty basic, consistent with the old-style walls, windows, doors and ceilings. But this was overshadowed by the magnificence of the hotel grounds.

This beautiful hotel is located at the center of Kashan. It is a labyrinth and the absence of signs is sometimes not helping orienting. The policy of the hotel is to charge 24% more on foreigners than Iranian citizens. When questioned about this rule, they explained me that it is a general rule in hospitality in the world (not sure they have ever travelled outside Iran) and that, at the end, it is the managing decision. The hotel is really beautiful and their SPA proposal is great. The Salt Room is one of a kind. Don't miss it and give yourself a special treat. Breakfast is sumptuous.

This is an exceptional hotel based on a typical desert architecture but fully modernized with young modern people . You can imagine future of Iran whe get ride of many problems . All rooms are decorised by Iranian taste and I think can be a model of Iranian chain hotel all over the world

Our room was well-designed to make you feel like you are living in the past, with nice and simple furniture and ceiling designs. Overall, the entire environment felt very peaceful. The staff's behavior was friendly, too. The only thing from my side that could be improved was some detailing in cleaning; for example, there were some small stains on the wall paint.

The breakfast, with freshly baked bread prepared skillfully right in front of you in the historic courtyard, will surely create an unforgettable memory for you.
I have stayed at this boutique hotel twice and highly recommend it. Also, don't forget to buy their high-quality rosewater.

A fantastically restored stately home that’s been converted into a beautiful hotel. The rooms were all very well apportioned and the toiletries were top notch, the best so far. However, if you wish to stay in their upstairs rooms be aware of the steep stairs. The restaurant serves good food but the menu can be expanded a bit. Breakfast spread was par excellence. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The best in all of aspects, if you want to experience an wonderful and unique accommodation you have to be there at least for one night. Everything is so clean and comfortable. Food is so delicious, and more important thing is the location that is in the city center. I wish I could be there in future.

There are more places to choose from in the Kashan area.
