This place is crap! Half the lights in the room was blown. TV is a piece of junk. The heat does not work. Manager/Owner gave us 1 space heater for 2 rooms. Had to fill the bathtub with hot water to help heat the room. My colleague slept with his clothes on because it was so cold. The hallway smells....

Tried emailing the owner to reserve a spot at the campground and never received a reply! Ended up phoning to find out that the campground with hook ups was fully booked for the summer with local workers. We were offered a spot to camp in the field which ended up working. (They had water for a fill up and a...

Owners are nice, but hotel is pretty much a dump. There was a wake there one of the nights we stayed, and there were drunks everywhere and almost a fight. I will only stay there if hunting again and have no choice for elsewhere. Rooms are less than average.

I read the other reviews and I found them a bit harsh. Yes the hotel is dated and perhaps not the cleanest. It feels more like staying at a distant relatives place. The owners are friendly, fairly disorganized but likable. I only stayed for two nights but I would stay there again. The one down side is that you are...

Overun with dogs that are permitted on the dining tables, yes on them, will happily post a picture. The main corridor and rooms reek of something that I could only describe as decayed excrement and cleaning fluids. The owners clearly don't care about the place, apparently they inherited it and seem quite intent in running it into the ground, and...

No hot water! We where told "oh well, there's nothing I can do about it." The rooms are clean but smell of something strange, they keep all room doors blocked open for some unknown reason. I wouldn't recommend staying here, there's another hotel in town and that's where we will stay next time! The staff is very rude, not professional...

You remember college doorms where the neighbors partied all night long? Well.. The owners party upstairs (right on top of your rooms) all night long.. Some mornings I'd go upstairs for the (free) breakfast (cereal). And they were still up there..... Hammered. They usually party 4-7 nights a week. Oh.. And playing fetch with their 5-6 dogs (who are in...

I stayed at the Bedrock December 2, I found it to be a very welcoming place. The people who run the motel where very friendly and helpful on letting us know where we would be able to eat as they are not a restaurant. They offer a continental breakfast which is a self serve and included with the price of...

Stayed at Bedrock Motel for the weekend of the summer solstice. On arrival found the place looking somewhat run down although the rooms were large and clean. The owner and staff were very friendly, loaned us a fishing rod and showed us where to fish however they do not offer any of the activities advertised on their brochure - canoe...
