The owner replied to all questions and was very available. It is a large building with several large bedrooms and private bathrooms for each room. There is a large kitchen very well organized that you share with other guests. You can have coffee and tea, there is Italian coffee machine, gas cooker, fridge, etc. There are some terraces outside where you can sit down. You have breakfast in a nearby bar where there is large choice of very delicious cakes and savory pastry with coffee. Overall a pleasant stay and very good value for money.

After staying at many hotels, b&bs, and even hostels, I can honestly say that B&B Sicilio is among the best places to stay given its cleanliness, the super complete breakfast, and the most helpful host. Although the b&b is located outside Palermo (the biggest city in the area), it is very easy to get to the city. Also, Santa Flavia itself is a beautiful town with gorgeous beaches and views nearby. I can say that I highly recommend this place!

Very clean, well equipped room with its own entrance and small patio. You can use the kitchen. The WiFi signal was weak, the internet works in only one corner of the room. Breakfast was very sweet. Maybe if we had mentioned it to the owner, he would change the menu, but we did not. Anyway, he was very helpful and he gave us all the important information about the area. Railway station just 3 minutes walking distance. Nice restaurants in the main street and in the port. 20 minutes to the center of Palermo by car. i would recommend this place to everybody.

Nice place close to the train station and very close by the sea. Host was awesome. Helpful and he explained everything about the nearby area which was very helpful for us. If you like to visit the nearby town's (Palermo, bagheria, celafu) and also like not so busy place to stay this is the perfect b&b for you.

Very clean and modern. Ideally located for visting ex. Palermo by train. Room with separate entrance. You can make suggestions concerning breakfast time and food type (sweet or savoury). The owner is very helpul in every situation and likes his work.

Very near to Palermo, good and fresh fish in Porticello, calm and leisurely.

Wow is the word to use for this small B&B. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Each room has a small terrace and private entrance. Quiet area and ample space for parking. Nino the owner who is a friendly person found time to suggest places to visit and places to eat.
All I can say HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The B&B is very nice and clean, very well designed and located at Santa Flavia, which is a very quiet and safe area, not so far from the main road, nice place to come back to after a trip at the north Sicilia. Also, the staff is kind and helpful and there was a lot of parking space at the streets.
The breakfast was fine, nothing special. Also, be aware that there are not many restaurants nearby, so you have to drive to most of the diner options (That wasn't so bad, but you should know that).

Lets start with Nino, the host with the most! Nino is the life and soul of the B&B. He will make you feel welcome, comfortable (he is extremely hospitable!)
The rooms were extremely spacious, clean and well kept, accompanied by a delicious heartwarming breakfast each morning (with authentic Italian coffee, handmade by Nino). I was extremely impressed with the tastefully designed decor in every bedroom, down to the last cushion. I even inquired to Nino whether he could decorate my house! (to which he glowed crimson with Italian pride - of a workmen done well)
The B&B is set in a fantastic location with close access to beautiful beaches and located close to a train station with easy access to Palermo and within walking distance to Bagheria. It has everything you could desire to experience true Sicilian culture and more!
I thoroughly cannot recommend this place enough, it was made my trip to Sicily a superb and wonderful experience!!!
