More like having your own apartment than staying in a B&B you almost get your own wing of Sarah's beautiful old house. With fresh flowers from the garden in every room, beautifully decorations and furniture throughout (warning for the men it's very feminine, but don't let it put you off) it's a wonderful base for a few days. We stayed...

We spent two nights here as part of a road trip round Cornwall to run bits of the coast path - but wished we could have stayed longer. Excellent location for accessing the coast and nearby towns, super comfy bed and warm shower, and amazing breakfast. Plus a freshly baked cream tea when we arrived. Perfect and hope to stay...

I can honestly say this is the best b&b I have ever stayed at. Sarah made us feel very welcome and looked after and we didn't want to leave after our three night stay. To be welcomed so warmly by tea and cake after our long journey from London was really considerate and this was just the start of the...

I have spend 3 days only with my husband and 1.5 year Son. Whole floor for us with the safety gates attached. Every thing designed beautifully. Fresh fruits every day. Very comfortable bedroom and sitting room. Very big bathroom. Everything looks like on the pictures. Worth every penny. :) Adriana and Sebastian from Northampton

A fantastic find near praa sands, would recommend this to a couple wanting to get away and relax for a few days. Sarah and her family really have thought of everything. The little extras make the difference and I would describe her offer as a luxury bed and breakfast.

This was a wonderful find. Beautiful old farmhouse in a quiet location. Sarah has one guest bedroom, king-sizee bed, with the sole use of it's own sitting room directly next to the bedroom. Also opposite the bedroom is the most enormous bathroom with a claw foot bath and seperate shower. In this sitting room guests can freely help themselves to...
