This Park is in a great location to explore Darwin and surrounds being about half way between the city and Berry Springs (a must to visit). There are many shops and supermarkets within 5 klm. The Park has many attractions, 2 pools with spas (cold) squash courts playground etc. The amenities are good and the laundry facilities are excellent ($4...

Berry Springs sure is a must visit Neil and thanks for pointing out that our holiday park is in a great location to explore all that Darwin has to offer. As you stated, our park has lots of shady trees and tall palms which are wonderful to be under, but they do impact on WiFi coverage. It's a bit of...

On arrival the office staff were more interested in answering the phones then serving customers ! The staff were a little untidy in their appearance . Once we were served we told the water park wasn't working ( main reason we booked for children ) was told it would be up and running asap or we will give you a...

Thank you for letting us know about your recent stay here. As you noticed, it’s a very busy and hectic time here during the dry season and if you felt you didn’t receive our usual high level of service, please accept our apologies. Our water park was unexpectedly and regrettably out of action for a few days and we’re so...

Happened to hit Darwin on the weekend of the V8 Supercars in June 2016. Staff were very pleasant and accomodating even under extreme pressure . An excellent initiative to arrange Happy Hour ,including Wine tasting which was advertised around the park and on Notice Boards . We rocked up with our deck chairs looking for a yarn, but after being totally...

We first had a budget family room which was so small but the wonderful staff were able to move us to a bigger two bedroom cabin (we paid the extra) and the holiday became relaxing. The kids had their own room and so did we (thank goodness). Travelling for two weeks with three tweens can be frustrating so we had...

Howard springs is or was a nice park but maintenance has taken a back seat to filling every available site. Booked 6 months in advance and got the smallest most average site in the park. Many minor issues took away from this once very nice park. Power outages, septic smell, large trees drooping branches, amenities lights not working for over...

Thanks for the opportunity to address some of your concerns, BrandMa. The issues with power outages and septic pump failure were rectified as quickly as possible and we do apologise for the impact this had on your stay. The maintenance issues have certainly been actioned though we know that it is more difficult to access some of these areas at...

This park has everything. Wildlife, water activities for both adults and children, whilst remaining fairly quiet. Highly recommend. 1/2hr to the Darwin Centre but worth the drive. We thought value for money, $46 per night 2 Adults in a large van.

Thanks so much for your feedback, Robyn V, and please accept our apologies regarding the power and septic pump issues we experienced a few weeks ago. This park online looked excellent which is why we booked 10 days here, what a disappointment. Thanks for providing us with an opportunity to respond to your concerns, stevemartinwright.
