A stone's throw away from our winter retreat, the Feversham Arms was a welcome and hospitable place to get warm and mingle with the locals. The food is also excellent and is excellent value for money. My husband and I (and our dogs) were very taken with this establishment and hope to repeat our visit sometime in the future.

We stayed at the Faversham Arms having done a very long day walking on the North York moors. Great welcome, good pub food ( you do not leave hungry) good ale, friendly fun locals and dogs welcome. I live abroad and miss a proper local pub this is one and long may it continue. We will be back.

Our 3rd time back to Church Houses and this time we stopped at the Feversham Arms Inn. We had a fantastic time, Rachel making us feel extremely welcome, nothing is too much trouble for this lady! I challenge anyone to finish one of Rachel's full English breakfasts, a true feast to set you up for the day, the evening meals...

We have stayed at the Feversham Arms three times, the latest being September 2016 and previous visits years before when it was under different management. It is a quaint and traditional country inn set in the beautiful countryside of Farndale. Our room was comfortable and clean with a nice view. The shower room was small but perfectly adequate and the shower...

We were fortunate to be staying at West View Cottage which is opposite the Feversham Arms so during our week long stay we visited several times for both food and drinks. Rachel the landlady is a wonderful host and there was always a warm welcome. Good food is served and we tried several options from the menu, which were all...

Both my partner and I had the Parmo dish. We were greatly looking forward to it but that soon changed when they came. The Pamos we're soggy. The white sauce was nowhere to be found and my partner found a very thick piece of plastic stuck in his. The "chicken" was just all gristly and all stringy. A massive disappointment....

I was surprised to receive your comments as I believed I had rectified the situation to your satisfaction at the time of the event well over a 5 weeks ago when you came and quietly told me at the bar of the problem but now feel you need to write it on Trip Advisor. As at the time, I am...

Walked down from the high moors and so glad we did. Upon walking in, we knew we had found a special spot. The pub was cozy and inviting, the service delightful, and the food was delicious. I wish we had the time to return for a second meal since there were several other things that looked amazing.
