The room was spacious with nice view of the ocean. The water wasn't clean and when told them about it they said it's from the sea :/ We couldn't use the bathtub or the swimming pool. The staff wasn't very helpful. Breakfast buffet was'nt that good. The facilities are poor in general. The beds weren't so comfy. And the balcony...

First of all I would like to tell about the staff. Very helpful in every aspect. You can rely on them with any question you have. Special thanks to Malika for organizing our sightseeing. Everyone is very friendly and talkative, 90% of the staff speaks good english. The hotel itself is very nice. huge rooms, sea view in every room,...

- The water in bathroom was yellow and smells. We tried to talk to the reception but they keep telling us that they fix it but that never happened. They use river water as i have told by one of the workers there and there's no way to make it better. I spent 3 nights without having a proper bath...

The hotel is set in a great location with beautiful view and private beach. Great swimming pool. Good enough breakfast. But service is bit sloppy. We were in an executive suite with jacuzzi. It was nice but the bathroom might need to have another set of blind to make it more private considering when traveling with family (looked like hotel...

This place is an absolute car crash!!!!! I am British, grew up in Surrey and have worked in London for most of my life. I've seen exceptional, I've seen good and now I've seen devastatingly awful! Where do I begin? The staff were very rude. As a Westerner I felt as though they didn't want me there. I have a...

The hotel is dirty, the fixtures and fittings are shabby and filthy. The staff are actually the worst part of the hotel....

The hotel is a kinder garden - if you want child clamors instead of sound of Indian Ocean than it's the right place. The swimming pool for kids is in front of balconies. Also, the tidiness of the room could be better. Food is very average and service is bad - the guys are friendly however not trained at all,...

The Hotel is about 5 kms from Bentota town. All rooms face the sea which is about 100 meter from the resort. The sea beach is well maintained by the resort staff. The triple room we stayed in was a little cramped. It is good for two. For triple occupancy ask for a bigger room. The room, however was neat...
