We were met and greeting warmly at the door on arrival and then led to the drinks being handed out by 2 charming young men. After a short time of mingling with bride and groom and other guests we were then directed to the wedding reception room. It looked stunning. Food was excellent and service very good. Bar staff were extremely... More

We booked a room with tea coffee and buffet for the wake of a dear family member. The arrangements were easy to make and the only reason one star has been taken off us because we were kept waiting for half an hour before we were seen after our appointment time. However we were given complimentary tea and coffee whilst... More

All the staff are really friendly which is nice. The room was pretty dusty and the toilet dirty. Food was average pub grub and took ages to come up, even though they weren't that busy. Undergoing a refurbishment, so hopefully better in the future.

Despite getting to my room through a laundry cupboard due to improvement works, then the fact the TVs weren't working, I ended up having a peaceful night and a good quality breakfast. Nice salmon and scrambled egg!
