Lovely Place, Simple, clean, cosy and really easy going. VERY good price. Lovely Breakfast and cracking evening meals. Hot showers and quality tea and coffee making facilities. A couple of mates and I stayed here for a few night while touring the Scottish Highlands. The rooms were extremely clean, functional and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent and the shower was great. The hostess is a lovely lady who is friendly and attentive without going over the top. The menu has just the right amount of choice and...

We booked in for an overnight stay. Very friendly people, the room was exceptionally clean, as was the large en suite bathroom. The food was excellent with a good choice on all courses. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Arrived in torrential rain. Made to feel very welcome. Lovely, spacious, en-suite single room overlooking the garden and fields beyond. Had a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed followed by great breakfast. Ten minutes drive from Tain, a great base for exploring Easter Ross or stopover to Caithness and Orkney. Great value for money. All in all - excellent!

In the right location for my motorcycle trip to John O Groats. Was made very welcome and offered garage to lock away bike if I wanted. Evening meal was of great quality and portions more than enough as was breakfast. Rooms clean and well furnished with plenty of towels in bathroom and toiletries. Highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly hosts, excellent food. The best sticky toffee pudding (in our opinion) in the Highlands! Very reasonably priced, too. We have been staying here since 2008 and enjoy coming back each year.
