The place was nice and peaceful. Still recovering from Typhoon Haiyan. A stonesthrow away from the busy tricycle traffic and you have the seas as your view and under your room as well. The communal room have even better views. Speaking to Krystal and she tells me of their plan to rebuild the cottages that were destroyed to plant mangrove...

I've given crystal lodge a five for character and charm. We felt very at home there. Although, it is a little dated here and there, but our Host Wang was incredible by helping us to get around. She took care of all our needs. We arrived drown in sea water as our boat trip from El Nido wasn't the most...

Stayed for a couple of nights on my Coron visit after a couple of days of diving. The property was damaged by Typhoon, but managed to rebuild. The location is great because its in the center town where you walk everywhere very touristic. It is also surrounded by local restaurants. Wifi is ok although didn't use much. Our stay came...

Crystal Lodge has for sure the most beautiful view in Coron downtown. We realy loved staying here, Crystal is a charming and welcoming host. On new year's eve, she even prepared an incredible amount of delicious food for all the guests. We did not saw any rats and our double rooms were very nice. No hot water but it's something...

Krystal Lodge is a nice place to stay. I stayed here for two nights and even though I was the only one, I felt welcome here. The lodge I had was basic but good and with a nice view! You don't see the owner that much. She's often away from the place, but if you're an easy going person that...

The place is seriously overpriced. They give you a room worth P250 for P800, the staff is very unhelpful even by Filipino standards. During the stay, I saw one staff sleep with a guest and another staff have a domestic violence match with her boyfriend. And, they have no drinks or breakfast. Only good thing is the wifi but it...

We loved it. Didnt have any nasty encounters with rats or roaches as the people mentioned previously. We liked the charm of the wooden hut standing over the water, early morning view over the bay, the gentle rocking as the breeze flies freely throught he hut ( no glazing). There are many hidden corners with chaise-longues, hammocks, chairs. I felt...

Stayed here for 4 nights and we were lucky we have not encountered any rats during our stay like what the rest had mentioned. The staff were friendly. Wifi speed was acceptable for whatsapp or general surfing of thr internet but struggled with the shower and water stopped running half way through because too many people were using at the...

Its now 3:20am and there's three of us are sitting outside a room we paid over 1000 pesos for after taking advice from Lonely Planet because our room is infested with roaches -- take a shower and a swarm of roaches come creeping out the bathroom floor; pick up your backpack and yet another swarm of cockroaches scurry off from...

Stayed here for a less noisy less hot option after a bad night at Marley's, we were one of 2 occupied rooms, great wifi, but 2 rats had a brawl in our room in the middle of the night waking us all up with their loud squeals, one ran across my roommate's leg when she was sleeping on a TOP...
