The service was excellent, the staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious and nice. We just had little problems with the cleanliness of the comfort room but it was immediately addressed by the staff. We also enjoyed the view and the location of the hotel. It is very near the town proper and beach area. Overall, the price we...

This hotel is pretty outdated, but it's currently undergoing renovations- don't worry, most of the work is done during the day! We couldn't hear any disturbances in the morning or night We stayed in a junior suite- room 315- it was very large! There was a hot water kettle, mini fridge and tea/instant coffee inside the room. The safe didn't...

From guide book this hotel boasts the most luxurious rooms. Sadly I can't compare what the place was like before the typhoon Hiyan but now it is disheveled and lacking of luxury touches. There are works still being done though they don't put up signs to apologise for the looks whilst construction. The place is ran by unexperienced staff. They...

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The air con was working great, the rooms are huge and clean, and the shower had the strongest flow we had since arriving the Phillipines (even had hot water!). Even have a TV for the addicts ;) The wifi wasnt working on the 3rd floor...

The hotel is situated right by the boat station where all island hopping tours start and end. It is also very convenient to walk to restaurants and bars. There is a local market not too far from the hotel where you can walk or take a tricycle for only 10peso per person. Rooms are spacious with nice big bathroom with...

We stayed here for 4 nights. The room we had was right over Steve's restaurant. And considering it was a little noisy during the evening from the live music outside of the restaurant. The music stopped around 10pm. So sleeping was not a problem. The staff was professional and courteous. We were in room 202 and it was very spacious...

This hotel really exceeded my expectations! I booked for 3 rooms (2 Junior Suites & 1 Executive Suite). We arrived early morning and even though I was charged for additional P200 for the early check-in (for 1 room only where we temporarily put all our bags), that was negligible since the rooms were surprisingly spacious (60 sq.m,) with modern design...

The hotel is dirty from drywall dust. During the day the hammering is intolerable. If u do stay here make sure you stay on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor wifi doesn't work. The only thing nice about this hotel is the view the Ac works and large rooms. The staff try but are young and inexperienced. Did I mention...

Heavy construction incl cutting steel, air hammers etc starts at 7.00 am and finishes at 6.00 pm. Not sure how they can keep the hotel open during that type of...
