If you are looking for something beautiful, exotic and remote, in search of complete wilderness, stunning nature but still fond of comfortable lodging and excellent food and drink - this is truly the place to find. Arrenjarka is really far away from the world, yet its completely alive. The scenery is dramatic and offers all you can dream of, fresh...

We stayed end of July with a beautiful weather in a great lodge with plenty of space. Near a little lake, we could hike, swim and in the evening enjoy a great meal. Very kind and helpful people will give you a very different experience in a wild country

My husband and I stayed at the Arrenjarka Mountain Lodge (Fjallby) for four nights in July 2016. I had reserved a lodge room via email, but when we arrived, our hostess offered us a cottage with full kitchen, bathroom, and a deck overlooking the lake. The extra charge was minimal, so we took her up on the generous offer. The...

We (39 + 41 years old couple) staid here for 2 nights in June 2015. It is a very beautiful location with nice rooms and delicious food (we had arctic char and reindeer). Nice hiking trails for beginners and experts nearby the hotel.

A great starting point for nature hikes in the national parks of Laponia. We stayed in a large cabin, very clean and with all comfort. We also recommend a guided boat tour with Björn, a great naturalist guide. We will definitively return and recommend this place to friends.

This is the hikers dream to come to after a couple of days of hiking. Starting with Helen who runs the place, she makes you feel welcome and can serve you a fantastic dish. The rooms we stayed in the older part of the building had all the comfort and style of an old travelers lodge. Here husband Bjorn can...

An exotic place in the deepest north of Sweden. You meet the locals and are treated like a familymember by the very warmhearted family Mannberg, The kitchen are a varation of different specifics from the region. Sometimes you will be served fish that the chef caught. I strongly recommend the experince of a great mixture of spectaculare nature, excellent food...

ÅrreNjarka Fjallby, only a few km north of the Arctic Circle in Swedish Lapland is truly heavenly. We visited in midwinter, when the temperature dropped to -26ºC outside and where there were only 3 or 4 hours of light to see by, but every one of us would go back in an instant. We stayed in one of the newer...
