Just spent a weekend at this hotel with a group of friends. The hotel is located in the centre of Grassington overlooking the the square. It has it's own car park which is a bonus in this bustling village. There was a warm welcome when we arrived. After checking in we were shown to our room by the receptionist. The...

We love it here, we regularly call in if we are in the area for a coffee and a light bite, it's always busy, they have a superb restaurant too. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. The food is a very high standard, The staff are very polite. The restaurant has a very good reputation, we...

After wanting to get away from the south the weekend I started searching for places to stay up north around the Burnsall/ Grassington area as recommended by my Father. This hotel is faultless. From the moment I called and spoke to a gentleman to make my booking up until leaving it was fantastic. The staff are so friendly and accommodating....

A pleasant lunch starting with a mixed sharing slate comprising some excellent fried tiger prawn, olives, a duck spring roll which was, perhaps slightly dense, humus, smoked salmon and some great scallops. Main course was roast lamb loin with braised neck, pea purée, asparagus and spinach. Fair wine line not too heavily marked up. Service was excellent and attentive without...

My husband, Mom, Dad, and I stayed at Grassington House Hotel for one night in May, on our way to Scotland from London, so we only had one evening. The village is charming, and the surrounding Dales beautiful. The rooms are adequate--each tastefully and uniquely decorated, but they are small. The real gem of this place is the restaurant. Terrific...

Been several times. Can't fault it. Love their on-line table booking facility. Sat on the lovely cobbled square of pretty Dales village. Nice to sit outside and have a pre dinner drink when the weather's nice. I would heartily recommend this place to any one.
