This is our third stay here and every time it's a warm and friendly welcome. Comfortable rooms, super clean. Always keen to offer local advice and help if needed. Pleasant restaurant with local foods and wine. We will definitely be coming back again.

Hotel Diana was wonderful from start to finish. Coming in from the cold to the warm and cosy atmosphere created by Flavio and the gorgeous wood interior was magical. Real, old school hospitality: rooms are simple, clean and functional and service is polite and professional. Despite having a large group to take care of and many unfortunate (and unforeseeable) last...

My wife and I went to Aosta to shop around, looking at everything that was available there for our flat we are renovating. The staff at the hotel was more than helpful to point us at all the right places to go to have a look, and we were able to accomplish everything we wanted in a minimum of time....

Friendly concierge and staff. Comfortable room. Bonus of having bar and restaurant in basement. Waitress spoke English. Easy parking. Rural, quiet location in mountain village. Easy to find with satnav. Just outside Aosta.

I stayed here as a bit of a last minute decision. Not knowing the area, it was a bit of a shot in the dark.... The greeting was so friendly, I was quite bowled over. The hotel is run by a family, who obviously take pride in the hospitality they offer. The room was very pleasant, a good size and...

Hotel Diana Pollein Second time we have stayed here and somehow failed to review this wonderful hotel the last time. Ideally placed for us travelling to and from Greece either coming into Italy via the Mont Blanc Tunnel or returning to the UK using the same route on the return leg. Safe off road parking, that is always a must...

Stayed here on 14th September for one night as a stopover place. Not knowing the area we chose the option of staying on half board basis. This hotel has parking which was useful as we were travelling by car. Since we were travelling with kids, we were accomodated in two rooms. The one facing the front of the hotel had...

My wife and I stayed there for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, while we were there, there was construction being done to the building next door which started at around 6am and was extremely loud. Also, garbage trucks seemed like they were beeping throughout the night continuously. We lost two nights sleep. We are not people to complain, so we toughed it...

This is a lovely hotel, good value for money, but only suitable for travellers with cars. I usually travel by train, and did arrive in Aosta by train - it was a 12 Euro cab ride out to the hotel, which is really not at all in Aosta. However, I was joined by a friend with a car, and it...
