Great experience. Booked hotel for my birthday and it was the best choice . The hotel staff made me feel really special during my stay. Everyone super friendly and attentive. It’s so nice to run away from Dubai’s crowd to suck quite relaxing spot. Enjoy pool , outdoor activities and have super yummy dinner in the hotel restaurant . The place is amazing! A great place for family and friends to bond, to have fun, to create memories and to relax. With their new terra cabins next to maountain view, you will simply have the glimpse of nature next to you doorsteps. The crew are friendly and accommodating. Hats off to Ms. Jackie, Ayan, Joge, Mehran, Thomas, Sibu for a warm welcome and assistance you have given us. Even to the following drivers who assisted us on our stay Jabar, Victor & Biju. Great stay with my mother ! We stayed at the new Terra Cabanas. Brand New, modern good size. They are a bit further from the hotel but an electric buggy is always available. A good advantage is that you don't have a door to door neighbour. Staff were very friendly and restaurant food and drinks all very good. Hats off to Mr Lucky from the Bar/Dinning Restaurant who was very friendly and welcoming.

Our whole experience here was wonderful. It is a long drive from where we live in Dubai but it was 100% worth it. Every single staff member we encountered was happy, welcoming and so pleasant. The rooms were great and the food was spectacular! The chef served us some amazing food that deserves awards! We will 100% be back and recommending to all of our friends.

I’ve lived in Dubai for 12 years but never been to the Fort hotel. This was the First time and it was fantastic the location is spectacular, the rooms are clean and spacious, the restaurants are great and good value compared to the high prices in Dubai, the staff are great, and we had such a chilled time.

Perfect hotel to escape from busy life.. i wanst expecting the view was wow me and the staff were extremely friendly especially phyo , dilan, agnelo, and Amal in gazebo restaurant. Not forgot to mention in jeema restaurant maria and roojena were awesome. The staff at air gun Sameera was really friendly too.. The food was really nice. Thankyou JA Hatta Fort Hotel. Keep it up ..

Excellent stay, plenty of activities, staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble from the guy that took us to our room and explained things in the room to the guy that did archery with us. Clean room with everything we needed. Great fun stay will definately go again
