We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this hotel.

The hotel is new, we liked the room being modern, clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast choice of hot and cold food was minimal but OK. (my wife would have liked yogurt with her cereal).
We did not use the hotel restaurant in the evenings as there was a good choice of restaurants within walking distance.
The location of the hotel is good, the promenade/beach is just over 100 metres away. The hotel entrance is accessed via a pedestrian area next to the town hall. There is underground parking available (cost extra) which has direct access to the hotel. Initially we had trouble finding this, the parking entrance is located next door to the town hall on the N-332.

We purposely booked this hotel with a view to booking a number of rooms for a family gathering next year. Unfortunately, with the exception of the staff and the location of the hotel, our experience fell short of the online reviews. We had intended to stay 3 nights, but by night two we had already decided we could not do a third night. The location is great, near the beach, restaurants and bars. The staff were pleasant and helpful. However, we moved rooms twice. The first room smelt awful and had the neighbouring houses looking directly into our room, whilst we viewed their washing on the line; the second room had virtually no air conditioning and was unbearable. Whilst the third room was spacious, it was a disabled room and also had inefficient air conditioning. The staff tried sort it and sent an engineer who put a thermometer in the grill and said it was registering 17 degrees.....unfortunately, we weren't sleeping in the grill and the room was roasting, mainly because there was no air conditioning fan. Fan speeds 1,2 and 3 were all the same, which was non-existent. The reception staff did admit that they had got some problems with the air conditioning, but they were unable to solve it. Whilst our room was "the best in the hotel" it wasn't great. The shower tray was wobbling about and there was nowhere to put your soap or shampoos, you had to put them on the floor. They only gave you body soaps and shampoo and no soap for your hands. The opaque glass door wouldn't close properly and appeared loose, which wasn't great if you needed the toilet. I agree with previous reviews on the inadequacy of the hairdryer and because the room was so hot, there was no point in using it since drying your hair made the room even hotter. There has been a lot of money spent on the foyer, but the rooms are very average and if you are hoping for a view of the sea, then it's only over the roof tops. We didn't try breakfast, but we did try to use the bar, which wasn't staffed. On the plus side, whilst the parking is not cheap, the hotel is over the underground car park, which was a plus for us. On the downside, the spaces are very tight and we got blocked in because someone parked at such an angle we couldn't get out.

Nice modern hotel with spacious rooms, probably more suitable for business than holiday. Good and wide assortment for breakfast. Parking under hotel. Super friendly staff. At walking distance from beach.

Stayed here for 1 night and although the hotel is in a lovely position and everything is new, there were certain things lacking. The rooms we had had a mini bar, but no glasses to drink from. There was no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms and the breakfast was very poor. The music playing in the public areas was an annoyance and i had to call reception at 10.15pm to have it turned off, the scrambled eggs at breakfast were cold and the picture attached is of what we can only assume was supposed to be a fruit salad. Also no English TV channels

During this weeks disasterous flooding, the management and staff did everything humanly possible to keep us safe and looked after in an extremely difficult situation. I hope that they can get back to normal as soon as possible and wish them all the best for the future.
prior to the flooding the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely friendly , polite and helpfull, I would have given them a 5 star rating, after their disaster I would give them a 10 star rating.

We upgraded before we arrived to a deluxe room and it was lovely. We were disappointed that there was no room service and also because the wine bar on the first floor was never manned and when we eventually found a waiter, we were told that they didn’t sell wine at the bar!!
Breakfast was plentiful but all the cooked foods were cold which is a shame as it looked great.
We ordered a picnic breakfast for the day of our departure as we had to leave early. It was inedible and a disappointing end to our holiday. I emailed the hotel and asked for an explanation but they didn’t even bother to respond. Such a pity-with a little effort it could have been a much better experience.

We stayed here for 4 nights .. read lots of reviews before booking but decided to go with it for its location .. wow we weren’t disappointed.. firstly the hotel has undergone renovations over the last little while .. our room for 3 adults was nothing short of fabulous .. 4 single beds , so spacious too .. a changing area with wardrobes, a vanity unit and sink .. separate toilet with bath / shower ... balcony with side sea view ... the staff were all very welcoming , helpful and friendly.. our only and this is the only short coming is that the hotel bar was never staffed nor did we see anyone drinking there which was a shame as it seemed a lovely place to sit at the end of an evening or prior to going out for dinner .. however all that being said there were lots of bars and restaurants around to make up for it .. overall we wouldn’t hesitate to go back ..

Stayed here just one night. Very friendly and helpful staff at the desk. Room was very light, spacious and modern. Very good bathroom and shower. Had a great nights sleep in very comfortable bed and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent and friendly staff. Great location, few steps from beach and lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Smart hotel with good decor and friendly staff. Excellent location for beach and bars. (Would highly recommend the tapas bar around the corner). The room was adequate and provided all we needed. All rooms arranged around a balcony overlooking a central atrium which provided a very spacious feel albeit a little lacking in atmosphere. We never saw anyone using the communal areas such as the bar. Breakfast was adequate but beware if you prefer to go later because it’s all laid out on hot plates at 7.30 and never topped up. So scrambled eggs for example were very rubbery by 8.30.
Nevertheless we were satisfied and did return for a 2nd brief stay
