Spent a couple of nights for work purposes. Nice decoration overall, very elegant, huge rooms with everything one might need. Loved the firm bed and comfortable pillows. The hotel is placed on a quiet road but you can request to get a room on the pedestrian side. The staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast provides a wide range of food, still keeping the safety procedures. Really loved the amount of different coffees they had on offer. They do have parking facilities, although at an extra charge. The parking is down an unused parking lot, which might put some people off. But it is safe. Perhaps one thing they could -apart from including the parking, just like they already do with WIFI, is to have a few more lights in the bedroom to give a better atmosphere. But this is a very small suggestion. I was really pleased overall.

Me and my partner live around the corner from the hotel and we had never considered going in just for dinner, however a lovely waitress, that was selling beer to us outside on a sunny day recommended it to us. We are very glad she did!
There isnt too much hype around the place yet but I do hope they get busier. The starters we had of Scallops with cherry tomato and Pulpo Carpacio was simply stunning and our salmon and cod mains were also lovely. Star of the dinner was our server Esther, who was polite and informative and couldn't do enough for us. Genuine delight to have her at out table!
Im a huge wine fan and it turns out they have a wine menu where the bottles have been left in the Med for 6 months while they age and wow, what a treat!
Very reasonably priced, classy and relaxed atmosphere (the high glass dome in the middle of the restaurant was beautiful to dine under) and the staff all polite and professional. definitely give it go if you're in the area!

Another name change and from the looks of it management change.
We booked this hotel as we've stayed before when it was Mosaic. Ideal location in Los Alcazares and had everything we needed. Check in is advertised from 14:00, so when we arrived at 15:00 and were told our room wouldn't be ready for 2 hours it wasn't a great start to a weekend stay.
Rooms are clean (so they should be if it takes another 3 hours to clean!), Air conditioned, and well appointed. Maintenance seems to have slipped, the towel rail in our bathroom has been leaking around the valve and was quite furry. Shower screen swings open, housekeeping had pushed a floor mat under it which kept it in place, but put this on the floor and get in the shower...
Rooms have a kettle and a Nespresso machine, a selection of coffee pods and tea bags but no milk option.
Breakfast is a buffet and a very good selection, kept well topped up. Great selection of coffees and hot milk.
Came back to our room to shower and change at around 17:00 to find housekeeping had just arrived, perhaps they are short staffed and nobody told them what rooms to change and which ones to make. Next morning they were knocking on the door at 10am, just can't win.
Checkout was chaotic to be perfectly honest! One guy behind the desk trying to print bills, collate paperwork and a queue of people wanting to get on with their day. After a 20 minute wait a chef came along and suggested we went and had some coffee and come back when it was less busy - first they ask you to come back as they aren't ready for you then they want you to stay when you want to leave - what is the next name change going to be? Hotel California maybe?

The hotel was lacking in attention to detail. When we arrived there was no information in the room about any hotel services , restaurant info , fire exits etc nor were we given any info when checking in at reception. We turned on the tv and the welcome message was for a different customer and the channels wouldn’t work. We had to fiddle with the cables to get any reception. Every day the room was cleaned well but we had to go to reception to request the coffee to be replenished, more shower gel , coffee cups ( they were disposable paper cups ) etc. We were quite disappointed with the lack of service although the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

We visited here for an 11 night stay in August and I could not recommend highly enough. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive - particularly Sami who was a credit to the hotel.
The location is perfectly situated in Los Alcazares old town, a 2 minute walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants and bars.
We stayed in the Executive suite which had a 2 balconies and a fantactic view of the Mar Menor. The room was large with a separated living and sleeping area. The room was thoroughly cleaned everyday and all the housekeeping staff were very friendly.
I couldn't recommend the hotel highly enough and definitely think it is the best hotel option in Los Alcazares.

Excellent hotel in the old part of the town very framing friendly we had the best room in the hotel with double balcony and amazing views. Very clean 2 toilets one massive shower and lovely bath. Huge bed and plenty of towels and bath robes all good quality. Toiletries replaced twice in 5 days but plenty on arrival. Payable minibar. Kettle in the room with coffee machine. No milk available. House cleaning excellent. Reception staff excellent. We had breakfast which is buffet and nice. Water available free in reception from water fountain. We hired bikes from the hotel for a day excellent value 12 euros each. We arrived around 12 and room was ready which was great. We left suitcases at reception on our last day as we had a late flight. 50 euros from the airport to the hotel. Would certainly stay again. Fab air on in the room. We loved it

Have just returned from a nine night stay in this hotel. I’d originally booked only 4 nights with the idea of moving to a different hotel/area. We were so impressed with both that we decided to stay on. Firstly, the location couldn’t be better. A couple of minutes to the beach and the beautiful flat promenade. Bus stop to Murcia and Cartegena just behind the town hall our bedroom overlooked. The rooms and communal areas are spotless and well-equipped. Bed and bedding beautiful. Lovely, large bathroom with all the things you’d expect. Safe in the wardrobe which was free to use and a mini bar with all the essentials. The bar area also has tables for breakfast and snacks. The menu is limited which is a shame as I’m sure more people would pop in to eat if there was a bit more choice. We had breakfast a couple of days which was served buffet style and contained a good choice but I still think there is room for improvement. All in all, a lovely stay and I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommended.

This modern hotel is about a two minute walk from the beach.
Great bath towels, decent WiFi. The curtains are really good at blocking out the sun and the rooms are also well insulated from outside noise.
They sometimes run out of things at the breakfast buffet. The rooms have a small fridge with some soft drinks which is nice, except the rooms do not have bottle openers so a little pointless as you have to go to reception or the bar to open the bottles.
Not an issue for me but bear in mind that you cannot drive directly to the hotel as it is in a pedestrian road.

We booked into the hotel for two nights. The location was central to restaurants, bars and the beach. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are large, comfortable and very modern recently refurbished. We used the restaurant one evening the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was excellent. We look forward to returning in the near future. Thank to all the staff who helped making our stay pleasant and memorable.
