We've just returned from the hotel pelicano. This is a nice fairly quiet little resort, friendly staff, all around nice people. The hotel is a little old and could use a darn good cleaning and some fresh paint. Our room was an ocean view, quite...More

I had red and white wine while I was there. Not sure about sparkling wine being included however I'm sure if you ask you may be able to purchase some for a small fee. If you get a bottle from duty free on the way down you will have some for sure. We always get a bottle each on the way down as this is Cuba and they have to bring everything to the island by barge, which results in the odd shortage of items. They really do try to accommodate people on the island with the little that they have. enjoy your trip

The only way in is by Air as it's an Island. Now pending where you are coming in from the only options are From Toronto and Montreal Canada, Italy, Argentina all provided by tour operators that you book a package with or The only other option would be to get to Havana Cuba and fly out of there in to Cayo Largo. Hope this helps
