A very nice location for Kew Gardens. There is a nice walk along the Thames Path behind the hotel. The room was quiet and in good condition. I like the hair drying point, but it would be better with a stool to sit on. The restaurant was perfectly fine (but they don't do the best steak).

We were visiting family at Kew Bridge so this was ideal. Hotel has a marina on the Thames behind it with both Greek and Indian restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly and cheerful. Great selection for breakfast.

This hotel is consistently good. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms clean. The breakfasts are good. The prices are fair for London and I will certainly use it again. The location is good and parking plentiful. Highly recommend!

Often stay in Premier Inn as it's good value for money. They have a certain standard that we expect, and this place surpassed it - thanks to the staff. Evening guys really helpful on arrival, and the waitress at breakfast, Patricia, was incredible, even offering to look after our baby in his high chair while we fetched our breakfast. Shame...

Overnight stay for a wedding. Room was large and had a sofa. Bed was comfortable enough and the room and bathroom were clean. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was pretty good- fresh fruit, mix of cereals, and drinks. Only complaints- Bread and croissants were of the cheap variety and not appetising. Car park spaces are very tight. Air con...

I find Premier Inns set a good standard of comfort and space, and value for money. Recommended. The air conditioning, furnishings and fittings and the television are very fine. A good, efficient bathroom is faultless. One can usually rely on a good nights sleep in a king size bed with comfort matress and pillows.

Stayed here for one night on a business trip. The room was clean and tidy and well equipped as usual for a premier inn.The bar and restaurant were good with an outside beer garden. It was quite and easily accessible from the motorway.
