Staff very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Manifold Inn was ideally positioned for keen walkers. Breakfast was included and very well cooked and plentiful. We made the mistake of eating in Hartington the first night at Charles Cotton hotel. Big mistake as the evening meal at Manifold Inn on our second night was far superior. We...

A wonderful weekend stay in the Derbyshire countryside. We were welcomed by friendly staff and shown to a beautifully decorated room with a super large bed. Breakfast was great and evening meal tasty. The bar had a good lively atmosphere and tables to sit out in the sunshine. There were plenty of walks in the area and we had an...

Stunning location and high standard rooms and breakfast was good. To find fault with the Manifold is really hard but the only thing I could find was the lack of information. It would be fab if there was information on the local walks or if there was, it would be good for the staff to know where to find it...

Very good. Pub food a bit limited - chips with everything, not home cooked but expensive. Rooms immaculate. Very good cleaning service done daily. Rooms spacious. Would definitely stay again but would eat elsewhere.

We stayed in this lovely little hotel for a two night break. Fantastic room, comfy bed and a very modern bathroom. The staff were very professional, food in the dining room provided a good choice and was well cooked, presented and served. Very central for walks and other Peak District activities. We will happily return to this gem of a...

Very nice short break. Food and service was excellent, staff all very friendly even though they were very busy that weekend. Ideal spot to just leave the car on the car park and the Manifold Trail starts just a few 100yrds down the road.

The Manifold Inn is a delightful 200 year old coaching inn and restaurant that offers warm hospitality and quality home cooked food for visitors to the beautiful White Peak. The mellow stone inn is positioned within its own grounds nestling on the banks of the Manifold River, opposite The Old Toll House which used to serve the turnpike and river ford. The Manifold Inn is the perfect place to use as a base for exploring the surrounding natural countryside of the White Peak area or to visit the local Market towns of Bakewell & Ashbourne or Spa towns of Buxton & Matlock and their surrounding attractions. Open all year round and all days most of the year we offer our guests a range of Ales, Larger, Cider, Wines and Soft Drinks. We serve a traditional English Breakfast to guests and in the Summer to Campers. A Lunch Menu is available and during the Summer a Snack Menu if you are just looking for a quick bite to eat. A full Dinner Menu and Wine List is available to be served in our Bar, Conservatory, Snug or Restaurant. We can cater for Dinner Party groups for around 40 guests. We offer 10 en-suite hotel rooms and a 2 bedroom holiday cottage to guests.
