My boyfriend and I stayed the night after a party and the staff was lovely, didn't get bothered once. Bed was very comfy and we didn't have to pay until we checked out. Will definitely be staying here again.

We arrived here after having some serious issues with our car, 40 miles from the end of a long overnight drive and upon asking for a room we were told it would be 90 mins before it was ready. After explaining the situation to the owner she was so keen to help us out that she got the room ready...

Although the owner seemed lovely I can't recommend the stay here. Drib drap outdated damp smells. Dogs free to roam. Old pub smell dirty no breakfast and noisy. If it was 10 a night then maybe but not at what your charging oh no. Much better in the area of you go looking.

The room was comfortable and clean however we were not given the right keys so got locked out on the first night and so had to sleep in the car!! The owner was mortified when this came to light and refunded our first nights stay and discounted the 2nd nights stay

Booked this for my other half so he could attend a function locally. All he wanted was somewhere to get his head down afterwards. The room was clean and comfortable but a bit tired, he was on the back so it was quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were cheerful and pleasant. Does what it says on the tin,...

As I walked in the room I was faced with a flossing stick! Leaking radiator in the bathroom. Electrical tape holding up the shower head (so that did make me laugh so extra points for entertainment?). Stains up the side of the bed. Looks like it hasn't had a deep clean ever. Checking out.....no one to be seen so good...
