We just recently returned from our vacation in Thailand. We stayed at Peter and Pai's for 5 wonderful days. Let me tell you Peter and Pai are very busy because they give personal attention to everyone. It's almost as if you are family while you are there. It reminded me of being a guest in someones home vs someones hotel....

We went 4 adults and 2 teenagers, and we were so happy that we booked Secret Garden in Bor Sang 12 km away from Chiang Mai. Chiang Mai is 10 min. away by car or tuk tuk, it is a nice town, but with a lot of noise and traffic. It was great to return to Secret Garden after a...

Secret garden couldn't have fit our style any better. A perfectly relaxing beautiful retreat after a couple of hectic days in Hanoi. We stayed six days as other reviewers said their time there was too short, they were right. We enjoyed everything about the place. From the great grounds to explore, art tucked away here and there, the food that...

Just great, alle reviews are absolutely right, such personal service, thansk you again and big compliment to Pai and Peter!! We had a very relaxed and nice time, met some lovely guests as well from all over the world. And by the way, the fact that it's a little outside Chang Mai, is a plus, if you ask us: busses/bikes...

I am not going to repeat all the previously posted superlatives of the Secret Garden, merely update and endorse them. Our family of five, inclusive or young/mid aged teenagers stayed a total of eight nights at Secret Garden in late March, early April, 2010. Secret Garden is a truly wonderful place, managed and staffed by equally wonderful people. I unreservedly...

Visiting Chaing Mai during Songkran proved to be more of an annoyance than novelty. Thankfully we stayed at the Secret Garden away from the madness of the festival. There is nothing bad I can say about the Secret Garden and even though Peter and Pai are often busy, take some time to chat with them. They are remarkable people with...

The bungalows are set up very nice in a green garden where you can here birds singing all day long. We can say, very relaxing, afther the...

What can we say that others haven't said a thousand times before? Yes, it is an oasis amid the din. Yes, the food is lovely--morning and evening --the bungalows comfy and serene. But it is much more than the sum of its parts. Peter and Pai have created a beautifully designed, well thought out village where people from everywhere end...

Wow, wow, wow. Travelled with my adult daughter and Secret Garden helped her to see the true experience of travel, meeting amazing people and sharing culture. It feels like Secret Garden is your home and Peter and Pai are your friends. Peter and Pai have created an oasis, a day here feels like three in terms of relaxation. The communal...

We stayed here for two nights after spending one night in the centre of Chiang Mai. It's a bit of a drive away from the centre but well worth it if you fancy staying in nice bungalows for a bit of relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. Pai and Peter who run the resort are...
