Nicely decorated rooms and beautiful view from the room. The south oriented rooms has a view of the enourmous Drin Lake and the High Gjallica Mountain which stands more than 2.000 metres above the lake, it is such an astonishing view. In the top roof floor there is a high class caffe where they serve probably the best coffe in...

This is a truly dody place to stay. The room was spacious and clean, it however had a very special décor. The food quality in the restaurant is alternating. The pizza we ordered was still cold, the greek salad we had at the same time, was perfect.

Didn't stay at the hotel, but had lunch at the restaurant and that was just ok. Friends Albanian fare seemed better, but my veggie options were limited. Ok, I know I was in Kukes, but a few more would be welcome.

The town in the NE part of Albania, just near frontiers with Kosovo possesses comfortable hotel, with spacious rooms and european standard of cleanlines. Equally the toilette with the bathroom are clean and spacious. Breakfast (including fee) is a continantal only, but even so it was a very pleasant surprise deep in the Albanian mountains. The personal is friendly and...

This place was off the beaten path and really let you experience the way people in Albania live. The hotel was great the rooms were huge the staff was more accommodating than any hotel I've ever been to in the US, and the restaurant was home cooked local food and was one of the top ten meals of my life....

We arrived here at about 8pm just as it was dark, completely exhausted after cycling many miles. We were probably a bit dishevelled but the staff were unfazed, taking our bikes from us to park them in a safe place and quickly sorting out a room for us so we could shower and eat. The waiter spoke good English and...

The very large hotel with 100 rooms is a good choice for an overnight stay in Kukes and well signposted. Parking is available directly opposite the hotel entrance. The roof terrace offers a panoramic view of the town and the surrounding mountains and lakes (ask for the key at the bar). The view from the bar on the top floor...

I quite liked this hotel, although I somehow contrived to miss my breakfast! The room that I got was absolutely huge (I think it was one of a set of new rooms being built), dinner was excellent, and the owner (Albanian-American, I think - anyway, he speaks English with an American accent) was very friendly and helpful. To judge by...
