Delightful staff who do everything possible to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. Large room with fridge, wardrobe and good bathroom. Downside is a rather small double bed and pillows like concrete. Free bikes available.

The hotel is located ideally for taking a break if you are travelling between Bangkok and Chiang Mai. Centrally located, clean and quiet place. The suite was of 5 star quality, recently refurbished and clean. Nice bed and towels, good arrangement of furniture. The staff, particularly the manager, Mr. Banyat was very friendly and enthusiastic. The restaurant served tasty food....

Location, cleaningness and staff – excellent. We stayed for two nights in order to visit National Historical Park. The best way to do this in by cycling. Bicycles from the hotel were new, clean and well maintaned. The room we stayed in was bright, with comfortable bed affordable menu and mini-bar. Hotel staff super friendly. The only downside was breakfest,...

We arrived after a 9 hour motorcycle ride from Mai Hong Son. The hotel was good quality nice bed and shower. The beer in the fridge was cheap. The air-conditioning struggled to make the room cool. The restaurant downstairs was nice with live music and good food with service. Breakfast was included for 800 baht.

Breakfast also was average, or a cut below average. Location on the hand is great, staff - hmmmm, let's say average here as...

We stayed at the Navarat Heritage Hotel on our return from Phrae with the intention to visit Mueang Trai Trueng, south of Kamphaeng Phet. The room prices of the hotel were gone up considerably since our last visit in 2012 (about 40 percent for a standard room). The hotel apparently had been renovated. We chose a superior room situated on...
