We stumbled upon Stonewater Motel while looking for RV Camping. The owner, Terry, greeted us warmly and with such enthusiasm we instantly felt like friends. Not only did she make sure every need was met and that we were so welcome in her resort, but she made us feel welcome in the town of MP as well. She even invited... More

It was such a pleasure meeting you both. The Pender Harbour Blues Society posted a bunch of photos and you two are in many of them ... probably because you were on the dance floor more than anyone else. I think you could google there site to view the photos. So glad you had a good time in Pender Harbour... More

Found this place on line, as looking for a dog friendly place. Terry the owner is fantastic! Helpful and friendly - and very welcoming. Our 'room' was a well equipped 'cabin'. A lovely little front porch to sit out and have morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Super clean, well stocked - everything you could need. Will come again!

With another couple we booked in at this motel. What a welcome--"help yourself to anything in my garden, I think the tomatoes are ripe." The room had a small, well stocked kitchen, so would be suitable for a longer stay. Everything in the room was spotlessly clean. The only drawback is that there is some highway noise, but not enough... More

We stayed at this place for 3 days at the end of August, with my wife and and our 3 year old daughter. Although it's called a motel, the accommodations are way above what you would expect of a motel. There are 12 units which makes it very cozy. The units are quiet nice, modern to an extent and extremely... More

This was a lovely find. The Sunshine Coast is beautiful and we wanted to stay somewhere that helped us connect with the coastal community. This was it. The motel is well located just off the highway but still in a peaceful setting and very quiet at night. It is surrounded by lovely woods and gardens. The two rooms our party... More

We have stayed here twice, most recently when moving to the Sunshine Coast. The suites are immaculate, with all necessary amenities. We loved the patios facing the common area, and the interaction among guests. Tracy is a charming hostess who always makes time to make everyone feel welcome. This is an excellent location for anyone visiting the Madeira Park, Garden... More

Updated and clean place to visit. The grounds were kept nice - liked the scarecrow in the garden 😊. Pet friendly for all the rooms but we were put at ease with how they cleaned and laundried the rooms after so we had no worries with allergies etc.

This motel has nice pet friendly units and is in a convenient location. There are restaurants nearby (Grasshopper pub) as well as a golf course and beach trails. The units are clean and well stocked with coffee, shampoo etc. There is a big fire pit with lots of wood. There is also a small campground with large and small spots... More

We stayed here with a whole group. It is a quiet location and the rooms have all been remodelled. They front a nice grass area with a fire pit that is great for an evening social. The owner, Robert, is very helpful. The only complaint is the price is quite high and the WiFi is really bad.
