The actual resort of San Miguel is just down a little hill and is then flat to the beach but you can wonder to the beach and back in about 10-15 mins so there’s not much to wonder about! Maybe 3/4 shops (all basically the same!) and 5/6 bars and restaurants. The hotel is a merge of two hotels so there are 2 pools, one quiet one on the hill with an amazing view and one at the bottom which is where all the daytime entertainment is, this is also where evening entertainment is and the dining room and bar. If you can’t be walking up and down hills you’ll need to request a room at the bottom of the hill when you book. We emailed after booking and they were really helpful. Hope this helps!
