Very cosy maisonnette with independent access, large balcony with sea view, nice rooms with sea view, excellent maintained. Kleopatra is the perfect owner, discrete, very supportive and friendly. We had direct access to the beach (beach at 100 m max). The bus station no 14 is just in front of the property. The green garden, with sun beds and barbecue area is kids friendly and excellent maintained.

We had a very pleasant experience. The apartment was bigger and better than expected. It is fully equipped with everything you need. The owners very nice and helped us with a crib for the baby. It is ideal for families with babies: it has a big yard with some toys and a lot of green space, the beach is 2 minutes away. There is a nice bar just in front were you can heave some nice cocktails and something to eat. We also appreciated the fact that there are some supermarkets close and the bus station is in front of the acomodation.

The attention to detail really makes the difference between a good experience and an exceptional experience. Great to have mosquito machines and tablets provided on arrival, cold bottles of water in the fridge, coffee and a Nespresso machine, mosquito screens on the windows, hairdryer, a lovely patio area with comfortable chairs and table, and, an umbrella if more shade is needed. Somewhere out of the way to hang wet clothes, and a DVD player. I could go on. The villas are set in beautiful gardens, a minute stroll from the absolutely stunning Kolios bay, and within easy reach of Skiathos town, or the many beaches along the coast, by catching the local bus from No. 14 stop conveniently located by the entrance of Kleopatra villas. The villas are spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Great security too. The owner is super helpful. There is nothing not to like, we'd definitely would return.

Our 3rd visit to kleopatra villas. Would highly this recommend this accommodation. Set in own private secure garden, right next to beautiful beach with its own taverna The villias and gardens are well maintained, spotlessly clean, kleoptra is on sight and goes that extra mile to make sure you have an enjoyable time. Will be returning.

We stayed with Kleopatra at the villas last week. The apartment was very up together with everything you could need. Kleopatra and her team keep the properties very clean and are on hand should you need any help or advice. It was so nice to have a serviced apartment so close to the beach. With two teens it meant I was able to get to the beach early in the morning whilst they joined me later. The bus stops just outside the gate and the local supermarket not only deliver your shopping but will drop you back with it. Thank you

One of most beautifull studios in Skiathos! We really like it! Perfect location away form the caos of skiathos town, directly on the beach. The owner is very friendly and we especially love her dog ( Fidel )!!! The temperature in the night is perfect to enjoi the patio or the garden. The studios are really clean and very well equipped. For sure in the future we will come back🎉

We stayed for 2 weeks on the upper floor of one of the 5 accommodation blocks - in the hippocampus 2 apartment. The apartment was a spacious place with one bedroom and the big “living” area (2 s big sofas) with kitchenette leading through double doors to a good sized balcony with table & chairs & drying rack. The apartment was really well designed and well appointed with everything needed for the holiday (including an iron - not mentioned in the villa’s description) & good space for clothes. Air conditioning to both the living area and bedroom is provided in with the price. The standard of cleanliness was exceptional and the daily clean & bed making was really good. Kleopatra provided a bottle of water in the fridge, washing up liquid & cleaning cloths and mosquito plugs. She is really friendly and always ready to help - living on the complex. She arranged car hire (32€/day), taxis and a boat trip to Tsougria Island (30€ each on a boat taxi) from Kolios Beach (photos) which is only 2 minutes walk through the well maintained garden. You can hear traffic noise through the door to the apartment but we didn’t find it intrusive or disturbing. The bus stop (#14) to Skiathos Town is directly outside the front gate (locked & remote controlled). The bus does get busy to full and taxi transfers to town was 12€ (20€ Airport). Turn right to the local super market about 200 yards up the main road (on the left) and also in the same vicinity was the closest restaurant (Stathis-Lia) which we really enjoyed (and helped us by keeping some of our shopping in their big fridge whilst we ate). The road doesn’t have a pavement all the way so care is needed. Other restaurants close by were the Infinity Blu (again really good with great views (up about 50 steps)) and the taverna on the beach which was average in terms of food but with really poor service. All in all we had a great stay and would stay again. Thanks Kleopatra.

We stayed at Kleopatra Villas for two weeks at the end of May into June and I can honestly say this is a wonderful place to stay. The setting is amazing, just footsteps to a beautiful secluded beach and close to all necessary amenities. The Villas themselves are so lovely, very clean, secure and tastefully presented with everything you would need. The setting is very picturesque and is really a home from home. We were given a ground floor villa (number 1) which was at the front of the gardens with lovely views of the beach and a great terrace and garden area ideal for al fresco dining and sunbathing in a quiet peaceful environment. We have two children and I loved how secure and safe the setting was and how child friendly the staff were. There is a small park area which the children loved and a great BBQ area which was very useful and allowed us to spend nights sat on the terrace enjoying good local food and wine whilst the children played quite happily. What really made our holiday was how accommodating and lovely the host Kleopatra was ( and of course her friendly dog Fidel who made quite a bond with our kids!) Kleopatra and her staff, particularly the cleaning lady, worked so hard and went above and beyond our expectations to help us during our stay, provide information and simply make our stay as comfortable as possible. Such fab and hospitable people. The location was also great with regards to touring the island. Bus stop 14 was right in front of the Villas and the buses were great. Car hire is cheap and Kleopatra is willing to arrange this for you on arrival or during your stay. We Highly recommend to hire a car as the Island really is very beautiful. There are some fabulous beaches nearby and also a trip up into the mountains is certainly a must as it's very traditional and picturesque. All in all I can not praise Kleopatra Villas enough. We will definitely return one day for another fabulous holiday. Thank you once again Kleopatra and your staff!

Just returned from a 10 day holiday at Kleopatra Villas. We were a party of 6 . We each had an apartment . They are exceptionally clean in the perfect location . Very private with beautifully maintained gardens . Access to Kolios beach is a real treat and you can escape the mid day heat for your apartment at any time .Kleopatra our host is so helpful and is just a really nice lady .The staff are friendly. You do need a car to explore the Island , But if you don't want to drive there is a frequent bus service .
