Janet's pension is just a few minutes walk from Fiskardo town and a beautiful beach. The pension is beautifully clean and simply furnished in typical Greek style. There are great views from the roof terrace. The real gem here is Janet herself who is very welcoming and incredibly helpful. We have rarely stayed in places we would regard as home...

Luckily for us I found Janet Art pension on Fiscardo.com and it turned out to be a real gem of a place to stay. Janet is Greek and speaks excellent English, and she is the kindest, most helpful person - which is always wonderful if one is new to a place. Her house is simply beautiful, built in the Aegean...

Fiskardo is classy and lovely. Janet's place is a charming white villa with Bougainvillaea growing on the walls and looks like a little house in Santorini. Janet herself is lovely and offers wonderful hospitality. The garden is nice for reading/sunbaking/drinking wine in and the rooftop terrace has gorgeous views out to Ithaca. Highly recommended.

This is a great place if you are on a budget. It has a great location, within walking distance of Fiscardo and Emplissi beach. The studio's are clean and tidy and of a decent size. The décor is very 1970's and could do with some updating. There is no fridge or T.V in the room. There is however a wifi...

We looked for romantic, quiet place away from crowds, and still close to a nice small beach and a village, and all these for cheap. It should be impossible, but Janet's pension provided it. It is all like on the pictures. In the apartments everything is working, clean (but if you look for hypermodern stuff, look elsewhere), The garden is...

We loved Janet's Art Pension. The gardens were beautiful, the olive grove offering shade and relaxation. Janet was so helpful and full of ideas and tips which made our stay so enjoyable. Everything was nearby but the place also offered quietness which is so appreciated during summer holidays. There are places within walking distance, but a car is useful if...

This is a great unpretentious place to stay. The location is perfect with 10 minute walk to gorgeous Fiscardo for restaurants and shops. Janet is a mine of useful information too. Beautiful beaches nearby in walking distance. Great value!

Janet was completely amazing. Answered all my constant questions, made our stay so comfortable, even drove us into town to the supermarket due to the supermarket that was close to her place shut down. There is a website www.fiskardo.com and their info wasn't correct but lovey Janet made sure we were able to grab some supply's. To walk to town...

If you enjoy staying somewhere quirky and are not one for hotels then this is simply the best place in Fiscardo. The house and it's surrounding garden are beautiful and a very tranquil setting just outside (10 mins walk) the lovely little port of Fiscardo. Janet (the owner) is charming and unfailingly helpful - nothing is too much trouble -...

Peaceful, charming, impeccable house with ensuite rooms, (two with kitchen), near beautiful beach and Fiskardo's glamorous yacht harbour; breakfasts served, on request, by delightful unflappable owner, Janet, in the spacious garden, in dappled shade from olive and other trees and shrubs. Stunning priceless views of surrounding islands from the roof terrace. Also, it's great value in the pricey Fiskardo area.

“There are three rooms all together (occupy complete groundfloor), We had two of them, each had a separate bathroom, and one had a kitchenett. The kitchenett wasa usefully, but basically equipeed. We asked for few extra things, and were provided from Janet's own kitchen. The 3 bed room was really spacious, when it was too hot outside all 5 of us could have a meal in there, but in the evening it is lovely to have a meal (or just a beer) outside under the olive trees.”
