Detailed Reviews
Having something to celebrate, my friends and I decided to splash out on an overnight stay at this resort. Living locally, we'd heard a lot about the new hotel and were therefore expecting something pretty different from the usual cheap and cheerful tourist hotspots of Paphos - we just didn't expect it to be quite so different.
Our stay at Cap St Georges was like stepping onto a film set in which you're not the extras, but the stars. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or gracious, and they made every member of our party of four feel like a million dollars.
Our rooms were beautiful and pristine, the decor drips with elegance and style and yet this incredible resort manages to retain an atmosphere of warmth and friendliness that is sometimes missing in similarly exclusive hotels.
I have to say, I loved every fine-dining minute of it and if you don't know the area, you are going to love the views!

From start to finish the Cap St Georges went out of their way to make our stay as perfect as possible. An early check in and a late check out gave us those extra precious hours to enjoy. The rooms are 3m high which makes them light and spacious - with the tallest built in wardrobes I've ever had! Everything is modern and efficient. The under sink lights come on as you walk into the bathroom in the evening, there is a round window into the bathroom with a privacy filter and so many other features. Thinking about it, I could have had the glass clear and watched the sunset from the tub! The food was wonderful and all the staff were friendly and helpful with my 'odd' dietary needs. The pool is huge with call service to the bar but there are lovely cabanas at the beach too. Even the walk to their quiet zone is fragrant with rosemary hedges. The whole resort exudes quality from the thick matress on the sunbeds to the ancient olive trees around the grounds, the local stone of the buildings and underground car park for keeping your car cool. We would have loved to have stayed longer to experience all of the restaurants, but the food in Kohili overlooking the beach at sunset was my favourite. I would love to visit at a busier time too when there's a Michelin star chef in Sky7 or a live music event .... maybe next time!

On arrival we were greeted in the stunning reception of this hotel with views over the sea and landscape, check in was smooth and we were taken to our room which was a (room type) beautifully appointed room, spacious with a very large bed and with all the mod cons you could want from connectable TV and touch pad lighting and aircon controls an ensuite with a deluge shower and a beautiful bath to relax in and with a private pool with a view of the sea.
We ventured around the hotel complex which is large and on multiple levels but has well placed lifts for accessibility and stairs if you fancy a bit of exercise!
Through reception there are 2 lovely bar areas which lead onto the terrace where you will get possibly the best unspoiled sunset views in Paphos. Which we did with a cheeky cocktail.
Down to the pool area this is a large pool well appointed and a good amount of luxury sunbeds and to the side of this main pool was a smaller children’s pool both with lifeguard on duty and a pool bar at the end of the terrace.
Down to the lower level there is a food court with a Japanese teppanyaki grill, an Italian restaurant and a gelato ice cream shop, with a small shop for some basics and beach bits if you forgot to pack them which were reasonably priced. The area has a children’s cinema which shows a movie most nights and this was a nice area to eat in the evenings.
The beach area was really nice with some cabanas and bean bags on the beach with the lovely sandy beach and turquoise sea, there is also a drinks service on the beach with little buzzers on the sunbeds/cabanas.
The beach restaurant had amazing views over the small bay and the sunset and the food we had in there was very nice.
We spent a lot of our time in our room pool as this was just so relaxing south facing sea view and a perfect temperature to cool off from the very intense heat.
The staff were all very polite and did their best to answer any questions we had.

We’ve just returned from our honeymoon at this hotel and we loved it. Here’s our thoughts and useful tips:
Pros
All staff are friendly and helpful from the reception staff, to the restaurant staff to the pool staff.
Hotel is spotlessly clean.
Massive complex with 4 restaurants to eat at - Italian, seafood, Asian and Michelin star - all good we had was amazing! I am gluten free and they always had gluten free bread available at breakfast and in all of the restaurants. Gluten free pasta available in the Italian restaurant and gluten free soy sauce in the Asian restaurant! None of their menus mention these facts but don’t let that put you off! They are also good on adaptations and what can and can’t be done. Please note that no puddings are gluten free apart from the sorbet…
Lovely touch having a little chocolate and daily quote on our bedsides!
There’s buttons on the loungers to call for drink and food service - you don’t even need to leave the sun-bed! Sun beds are also huge.
There’s a little shop onsite selling tea, toiletries and a few snacks/gifty items.
Tips/FYI
You aren’t allowed your towels around the main pool - instead staff will come over to you once you stand next to where you want to sit and they will make up the beds and provide you with a towel to dry off with too.
No inflatables allowed in the main pool.
If you’re using the lifts and want to get to any floor apart from level 0 or 6, you need to scan your room card in the lift! We weren’t told this and ended up taking lots of stairs and getting frustrated…
We stayed in a residence room with our own pool - it’s advertised as a sea view, which technically it is as you can see the sea but I’d say it’s only partial as there’s buildings blocking the view…
Once you get the bill at a restaurant, they will deduct your allowance from the total and if you don’t go over it will show €0 and you just need to sign it and write your room number. If you go over, you still sign and write your room number and settle at the end of your stay. On our first night the bill was €0 and we didn’t know what to do but you just sign and add room number and that’s it.
Nothing really walking distance from the hotel, if you want to use the hotel’s taxi service it’s €80 for a return trip which can be charged to your room and settled on checkout.

This was our first visit to the resort. We stayed over the weekend and we were extremely impressed with so many different aspects of this unique Resort. First of all arroving at the hotel the unique location and breathtaking views offered are captivating. The design of the hotel itself is spectacular as are the grounds which blend harmoniusly with the environment.
The rooms are very spacious and luxurious, each with breathtaking views towards the sea.
The staff were very friendly and hospitable and it was obvious that their priority was to make each and every guest is special.
We had the opportunity on the one day to use the pool facilities and we were impressed by the pool attendant who prepared perfectly out sun beds and umbrella.
We had dinner at the Kohili restaurant and lunch the next day at the Mesogios Restaurant. Apart from the amazing views, the food was excellent and the staff extremely friendly and accommodating even though the restaurant was busy. The DJs provided an absence which made our experience even more special.
Breakfast the next day was truly amazing, satisfying every individual need. The quality was excellent and the staff yet again very accommodating.
All in all our experience was memorable and we would not hesitate to recommend the Resort to anyone wanting a truly relaxing and luxurious holiday.

Talk about luxury that is surrounded by beauty, then look no further than Cap St George. I have travelled to many hotels & resorts but nothing comes close to this very unique resort, it has everything you would look for an much more.
From the moment my partner and I entered the hotel we were amazed with every little detail and elegance it oozes, not only that but the friendly staff on hand to ensure that your check-in runs smoothly and was met with a welcome drink (nice touch team).
Our sea view room was very private, the welcome drinks in the room but the design and finishes in the room were really on point, walk out onto the patio and you're met with your own private pool and sun lounges, we knew we were in for a relaxing holiday. We ventured down to the infinity pool and it was so relaxing not having to go to the bar to order drinks, the staff were amazing and made us feel very welcome and looked after. If you get a chance head down to the quiet area of the resort which is by the water it's simply breathtaking. At night we dined at the Italian Restaurant within the resort, the food and wine on offer was next level and the seafood pasta I had was full of flavor and locally served wine, the night was truly magical. The beach to the right of the resort has day beds and this by far the most relaxing resort I have stayed at. The management of the hotel, all the staff should be commended for the excellent job and service they provide we cannot thank Cap St George enough, you exceeded our expectations and more.

Usually me and my family don't test fairly new hotels as we had not so good experience. Understandable but we prefer to enjoy the amenities and service to the full.
We visited the resort for a dinner night last year and we were amazed with everything they had to offer. The owner was present and made a huge impact on how welcoming and warm was he! He invited us to visit the hotel when it will open and we decided to take his invitation!
We arrived at the lobby which by the way is amazing in every aspect you can imagine! The check-in was done is a snap and we were brought one of the most refreshing welcome drinks I had(asked for a refill:) ).
The room was a huge space overflowing with luxury! Once I stepped my foot in I remembered Mr. George's(the owner)words "It will be the most luxurious hotel on the island " and it implemented these words to reality!!
The service, the food in their several restaurants, the people immaculate! Dont get me wrong there were some hick ups along the way but lets not forget that it just open its doors in June!
We stayed for a total of 5nights with the prices being to the upper range but I would say for this kind of service and quality, more than fair!
There were activities myself and my son, we played beach volley, went on sand buggies and the hotel even has a gamers lounge with PS5s, gaming computers and VR!!!
My wife and daughter spent most of the budget in the SPA, afterall its huge! We were told that its about 2500m². A vast variety of treatments, a huge 25m heated indoor pool(the main pool its even bigger btw, full olympic size i presume).
This hotel and overall the resort is one experience that will stay with me forever!! AMAZING!!
Thank you Mr. George and to you team of experts!!!

Cyprus offers one of most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean and is a real gem of a holiday destination with a rich culture, breathtaking beaches and welcoming locals and when I was given the opportunity to visit Paphos I certainly wasted no time packing my bags.
It was a great pleasure to stay at the Cap St George’s Hotel and Resort. This hotel boast a modern feel with a contemporary design with natural stone walls throughout. The architecture is beautiful and no expense spared by the owners of this hotel.
The taxi journey from Paphos airport to the hotel is approx. 45 minutes and should cost around 50 euros. On arrival at the airport there was no time wasted collecting our luggage and only waited 5 minutes for our pre-booked taxi. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by reception staff who were very helpful and happy. An informative member of staff showed us to our room and explained everything we needed to know about the hotel ie breakfast times etc. Although the hotel was still relatively new it was very clean and tidy. The breakfast quality was second to none, great selection and very good quality. What made it even perfect was the politeness of staff, nothing was too much for them and they ensured every guest were looked after. Compliments to pool staff, waiting staff, reception staff, cleaning staff and management. All showed high degree of willingness and perfection in service. The decor throughout showed high quality and certainly lives up to its five star status. I won’t go on to much about the decor of this hotel as I will be posting pictures.
Let me talk about the quality of food. The evening food at the Mesoyios Restaurant was amazing, the views of the sunset in the evening were breathtaking. The ribeye steak (image posted) melted in my mouth and was so far the best steak I’ve had and I mean that! Highly recommend their local Cypriot rosè wine called “MINTHY” please please try it!
You will need a car or some means of transport if you want to travel further out to the main touristy areas but don’t expect to walk to local restaurants or shops without transport.
If you have any questions please feel free to message me.

We did always book, and the staff seemed to imply it would be necessary. Depends on what season you go probably. I went early October and on the weekend it did seem like it is required at Kohili, it was very busy.
