Detailed Reviews
Stayed at Corallia beach apts 31st July for 2 weeks. We had a 1 bed sea view apt. Wasn’t quite sure about staying here due to reading the mixed reviews beforehand. We arrived quite late on the Saturday night and was given our key to room 219. First impressions was the room was very dated and needed bringing into 21st century. The room was spacious and clean however. On further inspection we realized there was no WiFi in the room only in reception! Also no plug sockets that I could see in the bedroom. The hairdryer was wired into the wall which is ok but there was no socket to plug in straighteners. I had to use them in the kitchen area and buy a small mirror. Not ideal. The bathroom wasn’t the best either the shower was over the bath which had seen better days. Now getting to the positives and that was the amazing view from the balcony. The view was stunning. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds. To sum it up we wouldn’t stay here again based on the things I’ve mentioned. Lastly our flight was 10pm at night and we were getting picked up about 7.00. We couldn’t keep our room due to the hotel being busy which was fine. However we was told we could put our cases in reception. We asked about getting a shower and was told we could use the pool showers which was not ideal. The pool area was busy as outside people were allowed in to use the pool. It wasn’t the best showering for everyone to see. A private shower room is needed for people to use when having to wait about for 7 hours. All in all the views made the holiday.

+1
Yes rooms are a little dated but they are large, have lots of storage, powerful shower, plenty of hot water, good size balcony. We didn't use the kitchen area except for the fridge but the fridge did have a freezer compartment and there was a full size cooker so ideal if you wanted to eat in. Cleaner came most days and did a good job.
Inside communal areas a bit odd! Weired mannequin in reception, an old computer etc in the downstairs area!
We were on B&B but didn't have too many breakfasts mainly because it closed at 9:30 which we felt was way too early. However the breakfast was ok, usual cooked plus salad, toast, bread, fruit, yogurt, cakes, biscuits and pancakes. Only had coffee (no latte, cappuccino etc) in the machine.
Pool area lovely. Loads of beds with comfy mattresses. Parasols plentiful. Pool large and good temperature. Pool bar decent and prices not too bad. Ice cream cones available at €2 for a single scoop (which was a generous size). Slush awful...very chemical tasting. Ate at the hotel once it was cheap and ok but there are loads of amazing restaurants nearby.
Loads of lovely walks, walk across the cliffs to the shipwreck (around 1 hr), there is a restaurant so you can stop for a drink along the way. The other way you walk into Coral bay (around 25 minutes). Lovely beaches and loads of great bars and restaurants.
Bus runs from next to the hotel to Pahos for only €1.50. You can get off on the Coral bay 'strip' if you don't want to walk it.
Near the hotel is a supermarket plus some goods bars and restaurants. Legends is the nearest and has live entertainment every night. We ate here once in the evening and twice for breakfast and it was decent. The Frog and Toad us definitely an Expat bar, we only had a drink here. Breezes seemed quiet but we had a soft drink one morning. Coral Oasis Taverna we ate here twice (Separate review on this).
Don't be put off by the negative reviews, clean hotel, everything works well and the location is brilliant.

Had a wondeful 10 day holiday. From the moment we arrived All the the staff were wonderful and polite. The room was big, the view was lovely ( side sea view wih balcony room 104) the bed was comfy, all we needed in the kitchen area, spotlesly clean throughout our stay - bins always emptied, towels changed, ashtrey on the balcony was always cleaned,
floor constantly getting brushed and mopped.... felt like telling the cleaner to give it a rest.
The views from this hotel are the best I've ever seen 😍 comfy sun loungers - a few mats need replacing on them that's about it... nothing really unless you're Sooo fussy.
All in all a totally lovely stay at Corrilia Beach. Thank you all so much xx

For all those people thinking where to stay in pathos, if you want to be right on the beach look no further, this hotel is right on an amazing beach location shallow water Ideal for the family, great hotel, the staff are incredibly helpful and go the Extra mile for you all you need to do is ask, extra pillow, bit of salt, rooms are a good size we took sea view and separate bedroom with a lounge kitchen, which gives you that bit of quite when needed,
Having a good size fridge also great for those Beers ☺️. The air-conditioning is really brilliant one for the bedroom and one for the lounge area, If you like a good breakfast :))
Try it on your first morning you will go back time and time again, and so nice to see happy smiling staff in the breakfast room each morning the value for money is just unbelievable I don't know how they do it,
People write the hotel needs a bit of an update well maybe so, but everything is clean and the cleaning team ask 5 days out of 7 to clean, change towels and bed sheets again I find this amazing, the reception staff always helpful be it something from the shop, or book a taxi, helpful with the WiFi when issues, I even asked them to help with car hire and so they did, really great cost and no deposit on the car hire or silly excess.. all in all we could not of asked for more. You can have a 3 star hotel or a 5 Star
This is your choice, we liked the family feel of the hotel and the location to all things around with many attractions within 30 mins to one hours drive. My only complaint would be it was just too hot but that's my fault going start of August, I can go on and happy to answer a question if anyone out there needs to know anything.
Great place to stay.

After staying in hundreds of hotels in every continent of the world, I would consider myself somewhat of an observer of good service and resentful traveller of bad. In light of the COVID pandemic, I would like bludgeon people with praise where necessary, and generally be a positive light on service workers.
I wasn’t expecting the Ritz for this booking, as we were only staying in transit for 3 hours before catching a flight, so we only booked the room to take a shower in and change the children’s clothes.
Despite being transparent about this, the reception team couldn’t quite bring it upon themselves to offer such a service, and were hell bent on charging us for 3 children 15 Euros each for using a shower for 15 minutes.
They quite clearly saw how distressed we were with our bags and assigned us a room on the other side of the hotel and didn’t bother to offer us any help.
I would describe the set up as Faulty Towers meets Mr Britas, but with a Shirley Valentine hangover.

My sister, my best friend and I stayed 10 nights at the Corallia Beach Hotel Apartments in early June 2022.
We had a lovely ground floor apartment (no 07) with a nice big patio which led directly to the pool area and the grassed area with sun loungers and shades. The apartments are simple but very clean and have everything you need. The location is beautiful - right on a lovely sandy beach which shelves gently into a turquoise sea and the apartments also have a really nice swimming pool. Plenty of sun loungers, we never had to search around to find some for us.
There is a snack bar, bar and small restaurant in the complex which offers a nightly buffet for only 12 Euros. We had the buffet once during our stay and we thought it was fine, certainly very good value for money.
The apartments are kept very clean and our towels and bedding were changed every two days.
We hired a car while we were in Cyprus and the apartments have loads of free, safe parking for guests in the big car park in front of reception. The location is very peaceful and tranquil, yet the main Coral Bay strip with shops, restaurants and bars is only a 25 minutes walk away or a 5 minutes bus ride - the 615 bus to and from Paphos stops right next to the apartments and the service is very frequent.
So if you want a nice peaceful location on a lovely sandy beach but not so remote that there are no shops nearby then Corallia Beach Hotel Apartments are highly recommended.

Having read some of the recent reviews on Corallia Beach hotel apartments, I feel I have to respond.
My husband and I have been staying here every October (except 2020 due to COVID) for the last 12 years. Ok, so it's not a 5* resort, but it's not advertised as such. Updating in some areas probably is necessary but the rooms are spacious and clean (the cleaners come in every day bar two), the beds are huge and very comfortable, the shower is powerful and there is always an abundance of hot water. The view from the balcony is superb. The beach is a stone's throw away and is very clean. Likewise the pool area, plenty of sun beds any time of the day.
Meals at Corallia are excellent. There is so much choice for breakfast and the evening meal is really good value for money.
I take real exception to the view that Anthi, the Manager, and her staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. Nothing is too much trouble, they go out of their way to help in any way they can.
We will be going back to Corallia in October, along with several other couples who, like us, have been regulars there for many years.
Keep up the good work Anthi. You wont be able to please everyone but for us Corallia is the ideal place to spend a holiday.

Coming to the end of my weeks stay at Corallia Beach Apartments and would happily stay another week.
Booked a 1 bedroom Seaview apartment, the apartment is massive, loads of storage for clothes, cases etc and the room is spotless. The balcony is huge and gets the sun for most of the day with lovely views of the coast.
Chose this accommodation as wanted something on the beach with nice views and it hasn't disappointed at all.
Staff have been lovely, friendly and attentive. Pool is nice and clean. The restaurant does a different theme each night, we ate there for Cypriot night, the mousakka was delish!!
Have had a lovely relaxing stay and would definitely return.
Great price, spacious rooms and fabulous location.

The hotel is exactly as shown in the pictures. I have to admit that it was not love at first sight. But 10 minutes later we started noticing the good aspects of this place. The PRICE is exceptional for its location, as the property literally sits on one of the best beaches of the island. The whole place is spotlessly CLEAN. The breakfast is freshly made and there is a great variety for every taste. Our room was SPACIOUS and the king sized bed was brand new. There was a refrigerator and a small kitchen. It is obvious that the owners have been for years in this field and they know how to properly run their business. This reflects to their staff. They are all very friendly and attentive. The mini market is a bonus as the receptionist could open it for the guests 24/7. They also own the restaurant next door which we totally recommend. Check out their website. We would go back to this hotel for the cleanliness, the warm hospitality and the exquisite location. Special thanks to Mrs Anthie (the manager - owner) for going out of her way to meet our needs.

The room was generally dirty and smelly! The front door couldn't open properly, the bathtub ceramics was disgusting and the mixers were rusty! No toiletries were available in the bathroom! The bed sheets were disgusting and full of hair. We found many kinds of bugs in the apartment here and there! At least the breakfast was somewhat ok, even though the plates and cutlery were dirty! Overall experience = horrible. The only good thing was actually ..the beach right next to this place! This is a review coming from a local family of Greek Cypriots, trying to support local tourism in these difficult times! However it is disappointing to realize that the owners of the hotels (yes not just this one) didn't bother to renovate or at least clean up their properties first so as to accept guests. Instead they chose to start cleaning up while having guests, as a way to make up (in €€) for the previous year's losses .
