Stayed here last week. Spacious apartment. Fully equipped self catering apartment in a piece full part of Paphos. Up in the hills about 2 miles from the beach so having a car is recommended. Great views from the balcony.

Just returned from Club Coral View appartments and it was exactly as others reviewed. Incrediably clean, spacious and modern. Well equipped kitchen, dinner, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one ensuite. It is set on the hillside about 3Km from Coral Bay in Peyia. 5 minutes walking distance into centre of Peyia, where there are several bars and resturants( and we have a 9, 8 and 6 year old who walked/skipped it in that time.) I would advise you hire a car for this location. The onsite manager is very helpful and polite. There are no facilities at the appartments apart from the pool (which was very nice) and the 24hr reception. You can however, use the facilities at its sister hotels, one in Coral Bay and one in Pafos. They are fairly typical resort hotels, perfectly fine with large pool complexs, spas, tennis course etc. I struggled not to give Club Coral Bay 5 stars - only reason is because there is always more for improvement. In this case really minor points -1. the curtains could be better lined to not let so much light in early morning (I am used to black out curtains at me - so this may be me.) 2. You only get one room key which is connected to the electrial circuit - which was a little limiting to us as a family of 5 as we could not go to separate locations without 'key-planning.' 3. We stayed for 8 nights and the appartment was cleaned only once - but if you look in the info pack for a small fee you can request more cleaning. (However I have stayed in many appartments in Italy that don't clean at all in the week and then charge 50 euros cleaning fee at the end of the holiday - no matter what!) Overall a perfect holiday for us, quiet and relaxed up the hill when we wanted it but also convenient to the hubub of Coral Bay and other facilities whan you wanted it.

Our apartment was roomy with a good view of the hills and surrounding area, the sea was also visible from our large balcony!! The apartment was reasonably clean but the towels in the bathroom smelled as if used but not washed!! One morning we woke to find no electric or hot water, I phoned the man from reception who incidentally is the ONLY person to call regarding problems, who said he'd look into it and let me know! A second phone call to him seemed to do the trick as he came to the apartment to see for himself our problems!! He agreed there was a problem and proceeded to call the appropriate people to come and fix the problem!! He asked me to wait in the apartment for 20-30 until mr fixit comes! After 90 mins I called him again to see where the repair man was only to be told that I needn't stay in as he has a spair key to the apartment! This annoyed me as I had wasted some of my precious time for no reason!! After a while my next door neighbour who was in her apartment told me there was someone working on our problems and to relax!! On our return to our apartment the power was working again which was a relief, but still no hot water or even water coming from the tap when the hot tap was turned on!!! I was now understandably getting peed off! I walked up to reception to find the receptionist sitting at his desk playing with his mobile phone! I spoke to him saying the hot water issue hadn't been resolved, with his answer being " I have confirmation that it's been fixed" I said listen to me! It doesn't work!! I'm a customer who has paid to have basic Utilities that work and I want them working! He looked at me angrily and pointed towards my apartment block and said "go to your room" I told him not to speak to me like a naughty child but he continued to repeat the same orders.."go to your room" This man who represents the apartment complex is totally unprofessional whether he works directly for Hoels.com or is employed by some other management company! I appreciate that he works alone and has his work cut out to see to every customers issues, but it will have a negative affect if he continues to treat customers this way!! I would probably not return to the Club Coral View apartments based on my experience, which is a shame because the accommodation overall is pretty good based on the price we paid!!

We arrived around 10.30pm and ushered into a dingy room with paint tins and plaster everywhere. I wasn't asked for my hotel voucher or passports. We were told to follow the gentleman to our room, alarm bells should've started ringing at this point. We had to wall down a walkway in the dark, visibility very poor. He let us into a room then disappeared. We'd paid for a 2 bedroom apartment but was given a 1 bedroom, certainly not big enough for 2 adults and a 6 foot teenager!
After a trek back to 'reception' and no-one being there I had to knock on the room next door and get him out of bed!!! He gave us a key to another room and left us to it.
By this time it was after 11pm, we were hungry and thirsty so just dumped the bags in the apartment and went off in search of refreshments. There was clearly nothing at the complex and being in the middle of nowhere had no idea in which direction to walk. Luckily a family in an adjacent villa pointed in the direction of the village, approx 15 minute walk.
On arrival back at the apartment we realised how bad things actually were. All the basic things you expect and were clearly advertised on the website were missing. there are far too many to list but the main ones were: No curtains, just thin nets which you could see everything through, no kettle, crockery, hairdryer, toilet rolls, very few light bulbs, no patio furniture, broken safe, you get the idea.
We tried to find the owner the next day but he'd disappeared and never saw him for the whole 10 days!
As the holiday went on we were quick to realise that we weren't getting a housekeeper, we weren't given any clean bedding or towels for the whole duration, certainly not the 4 star accommodation we paid for.
The complex itself was very run down, there was probably about 5 apartments that were habitable, the one's around us were all completely derelict, no kitchens, furniture just overgrown with weeds and cat poo.
The pool area had the potential to be great but again very run down.
I think they are trying to do the property up and once it is up to standard could be a great little resort.
You definitely need a car as the area is very hilly and not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

We visited this resort 4 years ago and on arrival we were upgraded to a lovely spacious apartment. We had a very pleasant stay at the time. We were so pleased with the quality of the apartment that two years later we booked again and paid top dollar for their “deluxe” accommodation. On arrival we were ushered into a dingy and grubby apartment far from deluxe quality and nothing like the pictures. We checked out immediately and found a lovely villa just down the road. Clearly if you read the mixed bag of reviews this resort has some nice properties, however it is also very evident that it has some shockers. It’s an absolute lottery as to what you will be offered. Best advice is to stay well away.

Wil make it short: the reception is more kind of a dirty storage room / garage.
The apartment was super dirty! Toilets dirty (I doubt they have been cleaned), same with the whole bathroom (we found an already used soap and toothpaste tube). I am praying that I did not catch any bacteria while staying there. The towels have probably never seen a washing machine. We moved out after the second night. The TV was broken (literally broken screen), Wifi not working. The whole place is very run down, no effort put in maintaining the apartments.. The curtains looked like a dog would have torn them apart.
The view was nice. But you need a car.

Safe your money and don't go there!

Hotel from hell… The place is dirty, unkempt and derelict. It looks as though it has been shut for 10 years. The tiles are all loose on the floor, dust and dirt wherever you look, paint splashes on the floor and walls. Thick limescale behind the shower, dirty bedding and towels. That dirty we’ve had to wash them ourselves. The stairwells to get to the car park and pool are full of spiders and webs, fallen down plaster and paint, dust. The lighting is poor and looks like something from a horror film. When we arrived the first day we found a knife in the car park. There are bin bags and all broken furniture throughout the resort and is just extremely unsafe.
The pool has a maximum of 8 sun loungers and one working parasol. The pool has hundreds of missing tiles and limescale on the bottom, we are shocked at just how bad this place is. The cupboards are filled with crumbs and old hairs and have minimal utensils. We would absolutely warn anyone from staying at this hotel, looks nothing like the pictures. Stay well away. It’s in a gorgeous locations and there’s plenty of other lovely hotels and resorts to choose from.

Don't do it whatever you do, it's a health and saftey risk, under a supposed refurbishment, that's being done poorly. IT IS NOTHING LIKE ITS PHOTOS AT ALL.
No reception, just a phone number, broken glass doors, wires hanging out the walls, all the paint flacking Off the walls, the pool is green where the tiles have come off, it's not an infinity pool as it doesn't work, rubbish everywhere.only WiFi in certain rooms. The furniture in the dining room was plastic white crap. Paint pots and building stuff everywhere. Our tour company moved us. Please don't waste your hard earned money. I'd like to give it a zero

We had stayed at this resort 3-4 years ago and were delighted with the quality of the accommodation and so had no qualms about rebooking. However having read some pretty appalling reviews I thought it prudent to upgrade to their “deluxe” apartment. The attached photographs speak far louder than words. Please tread carefully when booking this resort, they clearly have some nice apartments, but equally some very very sub standard accommodation. .

The resort is in a fabulous location overlooking the sea. Shame is it's a long way out from Coral Bay and a car is essential. There are no real facilities on site. No bar, restaurant or proper reception. It's not really a resort more a collection of appartments. The pool is tired and in need of a complete overhaul and the pool facilities(toilets) are unuseable. That said the appartment we had was terrific.
