Right in the heart of the Natural Reserve of Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas, as a hidden treasure in the mountains, we can find the Spa Hotel Parque de Cazorla ****, located in the central village of Arroyo Frio. A place where you can disconnect from the daily hassles, relax in a spa and have thousand adventures and enjoy the largest natural protected area of Spain and the second largest one in Europe.
The hotel has a small spa with heated pool, 2 jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, Scottish shower and treatments Services.
The hotel has Doubles rooms, deluxe rooms, triple rooms and quadruple or family rooms, to answer all needs.
The restaurant consists of a large salon with space for 112 guests, the restoration service is open buffet, and it is characterized by its quality and variety, every day we present different compositions in the cold buffet, hot area, desserts area and the show - cooking, always bearing in mind the roots with this mountains around us to offer dishes from the area.
The quality was nice but the whopping 834 air quality is horrible, hardly could breathe. That was the worst I have ever seen before, the attractions are nice but the negatives, easily outweigh the positives
We visited in March 2019 on a Groupon and were very satisfied with everything about the accommodation and the staff. The deal included a circuit of the spa which is very nice and we had it to ourselves as there were very few other guests in the hotel (or in the village for that matter!) due to the time of year. The restaurant was only open for breakfast which was more than adequate, and the dining room like the rest of the hotel was spotlessly clean. The hotel is well situated for visitors who like the freedom for walking biking and nature watching in the parque. Its location is some 20Km from Cazorla and although its address is La Iruela parish it is actually in the village of Arroyo Frio. The village has many hotels and bars but most were shut and most bars closed by 8 p.m so after that time eating choices were limited. That's not a criticism; it's just not busy in March. We would not hesitate to stay there again.…
It´s a good hotel with basic rooms and a nice pool area. The buffet food is excellent, a lot of choice and very tasty. At breakfast there was fresh orange juice and again a lot to choose from food wise. The village is one street with a few shops, restaurants and bars. In the evening when a few venues opened it was okay. Staff were very friendly.
This hotel is our `get away from it all`. It has been upgraded recently and improvements to the beds, air con and restaurant buffet have made it a worthy 4 star spa hotel. The staff are always extremely helpful and friendly and the range of buffet breakfast was really good. There are several bars/restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Also a good supermarket. Stunning scenery, spectacular walks and a must for lovers of nature.
This hotel was chosen by us as a base for access too many of the Walks in the Cazorla Natural Park. The room was very good with a large on-suite bathroom, double bed and TV with free wifi in the room. The reception was open and inviting and all the staff were very friendly and helpful with checking-in and providing info of the area. The décor is fresh and tidy and appropriate to the area the hotel is in. The restaurant (and bar) was downstairs & could cater for approx 60 persons. We were on half board which was for the price very good, however when there were more that 10 people staying in the hotel the evening meal was a self-serve buffet and did not start until 9:00pm, further the hot food section of the buffet was not kept hot so most of the food was served warm & not hot, a couple of dishes could be freshly cooked (one meat & one fish) but still the veg etc is at best warm. This was our only complaint and overall a very nice hotel.…
