Welcomed most heartily by the staff.Rooms had sea views-all the facilities that you might need. We had trouble with the shower so were offered an alternative room. Dinner was excellent in lovely surroundings. Large Breakfast menu and top service. Whats not to like?

A late review. Never again. First room was clinical and in the middle of summer none of the windows would open so it was like a sauna!! Also the cups had not been rinsed out properly with whatever they had been washed in so there was a layer of 'oil' on made coffees. Complained and was given another room with...

Charming hotel facing over the north sea. Very close to beach and 'old school' amusement arcade and Pier. Decent breakfast and polite and friendly staff. Good option for families. Might not be so good for wheelchair users and buggies as Saltburn is a step cliff type town as per Whitby, Robin Hood's Bay etc

We were given a key to room accessed from car park so we didn't disturb other guests. Great idea. Friendly staff, warm and clean. Nice breakfast. Road down to car park a bit steep in a...

Rather than stop in Redcar, I opted to have a night in nearby Saltburn which is quite a charming old fashioned seaside town. The hotel offers wonderful views of the coast and had plenty of on site parking. Check in was made easy friendly staff and I got a free room upgrade which was a nice surprise. Room 11 is...

From pulling up in the car park and seeing the view things just continued to be fabulous. Attentive but not over pushy staff. Reasonably priced drinks. Lovely food..again reasonably priced in a perfect setting. Beautiful view from the dining room. Stunning view from our room. Elegant touches in the building. Comfortable bed. Hot water in abundance. And... to top it...
