During out roundtrip through Scotland, Loch Creran Niew was one of our B&B's. We must see it was a very nice place to be. A very welcome host, Edith, showed us our very comfortable room with really a magnificient view over Loch Creran. One of my favourites was the muffin during the breakfast en ofcourse the fresh fruit plate for my wife. So, many thanks for the hospitality

My wife and I stayed here on Friday 10 June 2016 for one night. The house provides very good basic B/B accommodation, spotlessly clean with all facilities including Wi-fi; the owners were pleasant, kind and thoughtful and we would commend their service.

Stayed here for 2 nights and couldnt fault the place. Lovely couple, amazing breakfast and very comfy beds. What else could you ask for in a B&B? Oh did I mention the fresh home baking in our room every day? Mmmm, delicious.

Many thanks for taking the time to write such a fantastic review we really appreciate it. As you know tourism is vital to our area and to get good reviews from guests does boost trade for the whole area. I hope that the boat sailed as scheduled and you got home safely. As guests you were a delight and we really do hope that you will return again. Many thanks again and we hope to get over to Islay in the not too distant future, kindest regards Peter and Edith

We had a lovely, comfortable stay at the Loch Creran View. Great location with beautiful views. The room had everything and more you could ask for from a B&B, there was even complimentary cake and tablet! A spacious room with a with a power shower. Free wifi. Very good breakfast and the hospitality of the owners, Peter and Edith was fantastic. Would definitely go back again.

We spent 4 nights at Loch Creran View during our summer trip to Scotland. Peter and Edith were the perfect hosts, from the moment they welcomed us in their lovely home till the time to leave we enjoyed every minute in their company. Our 3 bedded room was spotless like the rest of the house. A lovely breakfast was served every morning in the nice dining room with unparalleled views of Loch Creran. Being a few minutes drive from Oban and within easy reach of Glencoe makes it an ideal location to tour the area. Thanks dear Edith and Peter for such a memorable stay. We will return!

Peter and Edith lived up to the reviews we'd read before booking for one night's stay, on our way to Skye. We had a warm welcome, the room was homely and spotlessly clean and the view to the loch was beautiful. It was a bonus to be told there was a fridge in the hallway for use by guests, with a supply of ice in the freezer compartment. The 'full Scottish breakfast' was excellent tasty locally supplied ingredients. Would definitely return. Thank you from Elen and Carol

We only stayed one night but felt very much at home at Loch Creran View. Very convenient location not far from Oban with stunning views over the loch. Both of our rooms were very comfortable with homemade shortbread awaiting us and the best shower of our whole trip! Edith and Peter were very helpful, it was no problem to have our breakfast (excellent!) early as we were catching a ferry. We'll be back!

We checked out Loch Creran View as a potential place to stay as it lay between the forest we wanted to explore and Glen Coe, where we wanted to walk. After reading the reviews on TripAdvisor and checking out the cost, it really was a 'no brainer'. Everything was top class: Comfortable rooms with every amenity you would find in a top hotel, and everything in immaculate condition. Excellent, powerful shower; fluffy towels; comfortable bed; internet; coffee and tea making in rooms; a guest fridge in the hallway and a delicious Scottish breakfast. But most of all, Peter and Edith were the most friendly and attentive hosts you could wish for. Edith spoils guests with her delicious home baking. Every day she would place a little treat in our rooms along with fresh flowers to welcome us back after a day trudging over the hills or muddy tracks. Edith will also prepare a packed lunch if you plan to go walking. They are always on hand to recommend places to explore or good restaurants to eat in. Some people seem to be made to do their jobs and Edith and Peter have certainly found their vocation. The location, on the edge of Loch Creran, affords staggering views of the sunset from the comfortable guest lounge. There is also a deck outside with seating and a table where you can take in the views or gobble Edith's treats! The nearby Creagan Inn provides good quality, affordable meals, again with staggering views of the loch. All in all, Loch Creran View is probably the best B&B in Scotland...or perhaps even the world?
