Been here a couple of times recently. Great atmosphere, wide range of drinks and friendly staff. The beer garden is fab, fitted with sheltered seating areas and TVs. Would definitely recommend to family and friends when out having a drink in Congleton.

Very friendly atmosphere and nice place to hang around. I like the new decor! Ashamed that they don't sell food! Great for watching the games; there are so many television in the place you will definitely feel at home.

I used to come here before it got taken over and I loved it there was always entertainment on and even a pool table and food and hotel , now there's none of that ☹️ just a bar! Staff are polite and lovely decorated . We need a good night life around Congleton it's to quiet. Nearest places to visit...

Very pleasant for a n early evening drink much improved, reasonable priced drinks pleasant staff and congenial atmosphere. I nice retreat after being very disappointed at quigleys wine bar, surprisingly lovely outdoor area where you happily enjoy a cigarette. congrats

went to watch the England v Iceland football match here, had an absolutely brilliant atmosphere with lots of angry football fans. My first time watching a game at a pub and I thoroughly enjoyed it! About 10 different televisions to watch it on, including one outside! Was a great experience!

This place previously was terrible. However, it looks like they have completely refurbished everything. The decor is much more up to date, even the toilets are a very high standard. We just popped in for a drink, I had a pint of Tetley Gold, which was well kept and served by very polite staff. I noticed they have comprehensive Drinks,...

Staff - as rude as can be and have no customer skills whatsoever Cleanliness - generally clean but could have been better Comfiness - generally manageable Main concerns - We were told that...

You have to be really desperate for a bed for the night if you go here. We stayed for two nights and it was dreadful. The room was noisy, drab and the shower was beyond belief. You have to pay for the rooms up front so there is no way of getting away if you hate it as we did....

Not a bad price I thought as I looked for somewhere to crash out during a fast ball trip to the town I grew up in. On arrival they were swift to take payment and show me to my room. On opening the room I was greeted with a fair sized twin room, with one bed made. The bed that...

Paid £40 for the room so wasn't expecting much. Room was clean however could do with a paint. We checked in 2 hours early at no extra charge which we were happy with. The disco was still going on when we got in at 1:45 however bang on 2am as advertised music stopped and all people left. Beds are comfy...
