I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Booking was simple and we were allocated exactly what we wanted - a twin on the ground floor. Check in was simple and efficient. Our room was on the front. The view would have been great except for the weather. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished good tea and coffee facilities with...

Homely and warming welcome. Room is great with everything that you need including hair dryer, complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee tray with lovely homemade shortbread. Breakfast was great, quick and hot. Plenty of choice and all the staff were very accommodating. Will book again.

It is a brilliant B & B on every account: Everywhere spotlessly clean, bedroom very comfortable and stylish (we were in room 7 which has great sea view); the hospitality is friendly and helpful but not intrusive; the breakfast quality variety and portions perfect; seafront location with private parking. Location is near town centre but quiet at night.

Many thanks for your earlier review. We have just made some rooms larger so please check room numbers as we also renumbered. We still aim to provide the same level of cleanliness and hospitality. The main item that hasnt changed is our uninterupted sea view. We hope you return soon. regards Pat

Really no need to reiterate what others have said about the excellent accommodation and breakfast at Mariners. The one and only drawback is the lack of blackout blinds, which are relatively inexpensive and easy to fit - and greatly the improve the sleep quality of people like us who prefer to sleep in dark rooms. On the bright(!) side, being...

Plenty of tea and coffee, with extra touches like bottled water and homemade shortbread in the room. A fridge downstairs with milk kept in and jugs on top for those who prefered fresh milk to...
