I was a resident at the Villa Sturzo for three months. Everyone was absolutely fun and accommodating for this travelling American. I Truly had an enjoyable experience staying there. The staff and the hotel were great. My family and I are so appreciative of everyone for the education they given me regarding the Sicilian way and I wouldn’t change a...

Large rooms with queen and a single bed. Plain decor, much like a dorm room. Used to be a monastery so no luxury! Bath is small but adequate with plenty of hot water. Staff is kind and helpful. Wifi is spotty but in the lobby just fine. Location is outside town so walking to center of town is about 2...

Stayed for a few days under challenging circumstances after a car accident. Staff very helpful, going to considerable lengths to assist with fallout. Accom comfortable & although food limited, what we got courtesy of Ciro the chef, (& resident humorist) was excellent.

With a nice location, near the town, this hotel villa is a quiet place with a fantastic view to stay or to stop in the beautiful Caltagirone, but you need a car to go there! The rooms are nice, clean and very large and the staff very kind.Breakfast can be improved!!!

The building was once a seminary, and now the hotel takes up more than half of the property; the other still a working seminary. The lobby and restaurants are tastefully decorated. The guest...

The hotel is situeted on the out-skirts of Caltagirone (so quiet at night), yet five minutes by car from the centre of town. The rooms were large and comfortable. Very pleasant and helpful personel. Breakfast comparing with some B&B we stayed in Sicily on a poor side. We are not big morning eaters so it was OK for us.

This place was off the GPS and tough to find. I emailed them prior to my arrival but the directions I got were helpful. The place is a converted monastery. The rooms are fine, nothing special. They are clean, The TV sucked. The showers were small. When I say small I mean we were with a woman who barely weighs...
