We stayed one night here in July and loved the hotel. The location is right on the main road and looks across to the merry-go-rounds and fun-fair stalls of the promenade with the sea behind. So it isn't very quiet but we loved the atmosphere. I could imagine that rooms going out to the back alley are quieter. The rooms are very clean, a little worn in places but really fine and with that Italian flair, just lovely! Air-con worked perfectly, as did the safe and water in the bathroom. Breakfast was fine, typically Italian with sweet pastries, cakes and a bit of cheese and cold cuts for the German tourists, but it was all very good and the breakfast room is a lovely high-ceilinged room with a Murano chandelier and a view onto the palms outside. Very friendly service throughout, even though we don't speak any Italian. There are ample cafes, bars and restaurants for every pocket just outside, and there is a private beach (pay for a deckchair for the day and you have access to the facilities there) and also public beach (pebbles) just outside. Parking was difficult for us because it was the height of summer and the public parking all around was full, so we had to pay for a parking spot "in a blue line". We thoroughly recommend this hotel! Very grand style and flair and great location for beach and old town, or for exploring the coast and/or Genova. They were very god about the covid-regulations and hygiene, too.

Dear HappyCapeTown, we are really happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. Your review perfectly describes our structure and its "Italian" charm. The breakfast, as you rightly pointed out, offers more sweet than savory products, typical of the Italian breakfast. Many times this is considered a defect, but we believe that traveling also means immersing oneself in the customs and habits of the country where one is. Hoping to have you as guests again in the future, we send many greetings. Ena Hotel

I arrived a summer Friday to Arenzano at 17.45 running to find a place to hold an important work teleconference that I had to attend at 18.00. Desperate I went to the hotel asking for help, the owner without even asking if I was a guest provided me with this beautiful room with a couple of dinning tables near to an outlet to connect my laptop and closed the door. My TC lasted almost 2 hours, during that time the receptionist went into the room to do some work there in complete silence and even asking permission to enter... When I went out Miss Silvia was at the reception, I explained I was not a guest and I wanted to pay for this room, she rejected to accept any payment and told me it had been a pleasure to help me. This is what I call service, Ena Hotel know about this and provides the best Looking forward to being your guest!!!

Location is fantastic, the hotel's stuff is very friendly and helpful. It was our second stay in Ena. We asked for a room with sea view and a bath tube and we got it all! Even more - our room had a balcony terrace with beautiful sea view, we could enjoy sunrises. They also have a pillow menu which is great, I have troubles with sleeping when the pillow is not comfortable. At Ena you can choose any pillow you want! One little thing to improve - breakfasts. It would be nice to add some fresh fruits and cuts of vegetables and cheeses and maybe some eggs for those who do not eat sweets for breakfast. Ena can be fully booked quite often, so book in advance, it is the best value of money and quality in Arenzano.

I title it 'traditional' and I mean that in a positive way! It's a Hotel like you used to once get in the 'Pensione' of a bygone age. Very friendly staff, a traditional simple Italian breakfast with proper coffee, huge chandeliers in the plush carpeted hallways, and big lush curtains in the bedrooms. I was in a sea front room with a big balcony where there was a table and chairs. The rooms are not huge and the bathroom somewhat challenging in terms of manoeuvrability, but I loved it. Some nice toiletries and the fluffy white towel plus a minibar, were all very welcome. I was there off season, so it was extremely quiet. The parking behind the hotel is pot luck if there is a space. For me was no problem but high season you might be disappointed. Arenzano itself is charming and quaint and this hotel is right where you want it to be easily accessible to everything.

Spent 1 night here on our way up to Switzerland. Free parking behind the hotel which is always a bonus. The town is very pretty with lovely architecture. The hotel is an old building. The rooms are very small but clean and have all you need for an overnight stay. Beautiful view of the sea and marina. Staff friendly. Ate in the hotel restaurant, I didn't enjoy my meal of cod stew. It I think that's more my taste rather than anything wrong with the food, although my husband had rabbit which he said was dry. He asked for the wine list and was told they only had red or white?.. breakfast was ok, great if you like cake and sweet stuff, which I appreciate a lot of Europeans do, but otherwise it's cereal and yogurt. Nevertheless a cheap hotel in a pretty location.

We spent a night in the Ena Hotel Sept. 30 and were absolutely amazed by its beauty, its comfort, and the very caring, warm, and friendly help we got from Rosaria, who took care of us from the minute we came in to when we left the next morning. The price was a wonderful surprise, and the whole area around the hotel was charming and beautiful..

Very big Hospitality – the breakfast is huge and excellent. My wife and me were happy and I can only recommend to my friends to stay here. In the morning the breakfast I could take on the terrace – with wonderful sight to the seaside, marvelous Also the room service is quick and perfect. Very gently people – especially SILVIA. Moreover the rooms are so fancy and true Italian style, I am always said to quit. Hope to be with you soon again, thanks for your understanding Silvia, Vitus

I often choose this hotel when my family come to visit and everyone of them has enjoyed their stay. The location is really central, few metres from the beach, which is very convenient in a very hot summer day. Staff is very helpful and tries to accommodate every guest's needs.

This is such a pleasant and quaint little hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and kind to us during our unscheduled overnight stay. Parking is available quite easily and nearby; free and paid. The room was exceptionally clean and had all the facilities we needed; bed and shower! But everything one would need for a longer stay. Arenzano is a delightfully pretty beach resort town and this hotel matched that perfectly. The array of pastries and cakes offered at breakfast were all sorely tempting to the eye, and we can vouch for their quality and deliciousness too!! Super place. Would definitely return.

Thanks hotel is ok. The room is not big but it has its spaces well occupied. The shower is really tiny, but it works ok. I got a little room as a wardrobe, that was excellent because I could put my luggage in there. It has a desk, air conditioner, TV (all in Italian though), a full equiped bathroom. The attention is excellent, everybody is very nice and polite u and the price was ok. But nothing really matter because...the view. Just in face of the Mediterranean Sea, you can hear at night he sounds of the waves, it's amazing. When you woke up the first you saw is the sea, priceless.
