This hotel was quite difficult to find - no obvious sign on the building, just some portable flags. The staff were not overly helpful, nor was their English very good - it felt like they were Uni students just trying to earn some money, and not necessarily provide good service! We stayed here with two toddlers in a one bedroom...

We rented a nice apartment for 4. Lots of space and very good to have a small kitchen. Being able to take the shuttle bus to Disneyland from a hotel nearby was also very convenient. No room service is part of the deal, but we got more toilet paper when we asked for it! Negative points: there were no smoke...

The hotel seems a bit out of the way, it’s in a quiet residential area but it has good transport links. It takes just over hour (on the train) to get into the centre of Paris, so if you don't like travelling much, it may be better to say closer to town. The hotel is very close to Disneyland Paris...

Good location, near RER and Auchen, near a big shopping mall, Staff is polite (help to photocopy my family passport), kitchen utensil available. Negative side is the given room is really small for studio type, cover protection in shower is not good design, water always spilt out.

Very simple and dirty room. No dish brush. Cold room and only one blanket for extra bed. Broken water tap in the shower. Broken fridge. Only good thing in this hotel is location near Disneyland and shopping center Val d'europe.

We stayed here from 12th July until 15thJuly 2010. The aparthotel is reasonably priced and very convenient as it is close to supermarket and train station (although mind you its quite difficult to find at first!). The aparthotel is located in new development area and the compound is shared with empty office lot and a medical office. The room is...

We were delighted with our apartment - basic but clean and excellent value for money. You do have to pay a small city tax on arrival less than 4 euros. There is no air conditioning in the apartments - so in the summer months - it is very warm!! When traveling to Eurodisney by train - the hotel is located...

Stayed here for two nights for a birthday treat. As wanted to go to the Disneyland parks, and a great priced package, we arrived during the recent hot heat wave. The hotel is a five minute walk from the RER station. Once found, we checked into our studio apartment (note that we had to pay a local tax to the...

Stayed here for 5 nights in June for a trip to Disneyland with my partner. There is no housekeeping or towel change at the hotel but a laundrey room is available upstairs for a small charge. Took a little while to find hotel due to google maps but hotel is actually very close to RER station and the shopping centre....
