Lovely food, polite staff, nice decor etc. Not the most spotless of places but the staff seemed over stretched. Popped over to clarks village and being 11 mins over my carpark ticket cost me a £60 fine. A real sting in the tale!

There is 3 different building in the hotel, all 3 have stairs and there all steep, but there are rooms down stairs in 2 of the buildings. You would need to ring and explain the situation. The shower is in the bathtub.
