Could you please call us on 01458442021 at your earliest convenience to discuss the matter with us, as our car park is monitored by Parking Eye, whom do not issue notices directly onto any cars whilst they are in the car park.

There is 3 different building in the hotel, all 3 have stairs and there all steep, but there are rooms down stairs in 2 of the buildings. You would need to ring and explain the situation. The shower is in the bathtub.
