We enjoyed our stay at the Atrium resort. Robert, the manager was very nice and responsive to our requests. It is not a full-scale resort with restaurant and pool bar, etc. but more of a place where people take long-term rentals because they live on the island. It is very quiet and the pool is gorgeous. On several occasions, we were the only ones at the pool! Now, I would suggest having a rental car here as it is in the Leeward community and not near any restaurants, but a 10 minute or less drive to the heat of Grace Bay. They do have a beautiful empty beach only a 2 minute drive or 8 minute walk away and chairs and umbrellas are set up daily. However, most of the time we went to explore the other beaches. Robert had a chair for us,and there was an umbrella in the unit's parking space. A full-time resident was kind enough to lend us another chair to take on our adventures. There is also no maid service here and if you run out of something you have to go to the supermarket and get it. So, what's the attraction? Well, the price is so much less than the other hotels. There is wonderful peace and quiet here and the villa is fully stocked with utensils, pots and a washer and dryer. We could have easily stayed another 10 days. This is not for everyone, but check out the website, prices and amenities and decide if this is for you. We will return! Oh, there is a chef who cooks and caters and who made the most delicious pizza which can be delivered or picked up but cash only. We were sorry we didn't have time to try the pasta and other meals.

This accommodation idols around ( minutes drive out of the Centre of Grace Bay and it’s located in the Leeward community. Reception and check in is easy and friendly. Parking is provided if you are staying there, mine was an allocated space in an underground car park which was ideal
I was allocated a garden level room, I would have preferred an upper level room but no issue. The room was ready early and was huge, this was a superior one bed condo with a large open plan kitchen and living area with a half bathroom. The bedroom was excellent and gave access to the walk in closet and large bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The kitchen was well equipped with a welcome pack of dish soap, kitchen roll, dish washer tablet and some tea and coffee, the unit also had a washer and dryer.
The patio was nicely furnished with direct access to the pool area which is clean and well maintained. The site has a small convenience store which has some essentials.
Overall I think this is excellent accommodation and although the resort was quiet, it was perfect for my stay and I’ll be back

The Atrium is a nice resort, with a good pool and a hot tub. The beach is a 5 min walk or a 1 min drive from the property. Lounge chairs and large umbrellas are available at the beach for people staying at The Atrium. Many of the people staying here are renting via Airbnb. There is a staffed front desk, which can assist you with any questions or issues.

We just got back yesterday from a nine night stay at The Atrium. It was their busiest time (fully booked I think) and the resort did not feel crowded at all. I was a little worried about the walk to the beach based on previous reviews, but it was not a problem at all. It was shorter than in some of the resorts we stayed in the past. There were always enough loungers for the guests. I really prefer this part of the beach. It is just simply beautiful. It is close enough to have a nice walk to the nearest bars for a drink. Our favourite place to walk to was Grace Bay Club, which is a nice 25 minute stroll. You can stop much closer at the Cabana Bar or Ricky's too. If you walk in the other direction you are in a treat that you will never forget. That stretch of beach up to the entrance to the canal is simply spectacular. (you can pass the retaining walls on the beach or just go to the next beach access point ...) We had a four bedroom penthouse with a nice ocean view from the upstairs terrace. It was super comfortable and spacious. We had plenty of towels available. The fourth bedroom is only accessible from a spiral staircase on the balcony, so it is not suitable for families with children or mobility issues. As previously mentioned in every review, Robert is fantastic. From the first phone call to inquire until the last minute we left he was always available and ready to help. I think The Atrium is a great value on this expensive island. I would not hesitate to return.

I highly recommend this resort as the staff make it worth the stay. Katie and Jacqueline work the reception area and are so very warm and friendly. These two ladies did and excellent job at customer service by going above and beyond each day I left the resort. They always greeted with a smile, every time I called from my room- the phone was answered promptly. The manager was very accommodating with all of our wishes. Def a must stay!

This place is tucked away on the Leeward side of Provo and away from all the busy touristy stuff however, only a short drive away from the centre.
The pool is great and the condos are functional with in-suite laundry etc. They have their own section on Sunset beach with an attendant in the morning to set up the chairs and umbrellas. Just be mindful of non resort people using the chairs especially one of the photo shoot companies and their guests.
Robert the manager and his team are excellent to deal with, if you book directly with the property you will find it’s way cheaper than Expedia etc.

Quiet island with great beaches. All meals along the hot spots wete great. Some include a service fee and some dont. Car rental needed it you plan to explore as there is no public transportation and cabs are pricey for that matter so is food, unless you go all-inclusive that has a premium. We rented a condo at the Atrium as a 3 bedroom about 1600sq ft

We rented the studio apartment and that was a Huge mistake. It was an interior room with the windows facing the interior hall with and elevator and stairs to the garage parking. No balcony or lanai. However, the area although far from the main hotels in Leeward is beautiful but you must rent a car without a doubt if you stay here (the parking is free). The market at blue haven marina - about a 10 minute walk has the best coffee and croissants and wonderful salads at reasonable prices. The pool is stunning but the weather had turned cooler and the winds were extreme so the water temperature was cool as well - lovely reclining chairs with umbrellas that flew in the wind (right out of its base and landed on my back) so be careful. Overall I would rate this place a 6 to 7 - the kitchenette came in handy for breakfast and snacks.

What a great place to stay. Short 1.5 miles from all the main beaches at Grace Bay but only a quick golf cart ride (provided by the resort) to Leeward beach which is a superb beach with outstanding views. Paid about 50% less than staying right in Grace Bay. 1 BR condo was outstanding with 1100 Sq feet, balcony for stunning evening sunsets, full kitchen, well-appointed bathrooms and underground, reserved parking. Outrageously large pool combined with a health spa that will cater to your needs. Save $$ by booking direct with the resort and avoid the high fees that the booking companies charge. If you are into golf or want to take the charters to other islands then this is your spot to stay.

It all started with Manager/Host Robert and his staff Gershwin and Julien. Helpful at every turn. They got us in our room quickly. We stayed in a large 1bedroom Condo. Full kitchen with modern appliances. Living and dining room with breakfast bar. Large King-Sized bed with ensuite (separate bath and showers). Unit also had a powder room by entrance door. Full size Laundry in the Unit. Balcony overlooked the swimming pool. A beautiful Oasis of palm trees and plants. Staff will take you by golf cart to beach where they have chairs and umbrellas awaiting you. You can alternately drive your own car or take a 10 minute walk to beach. I highly recommend this property. Many shops and restaurants are about a 10 minute drive away.
