It's super basic, but also very clean. The rooms are small, but with air conditioners and fully-functional bathrooms (although showers are electric, as usual in NE Brazil). The bed was a bit hard but I managed to sleep reasonably well.
The owners (Antonio and his wife) were super nice and useful. Breakfast is included but at a café 5' away by car/ 10' away on foot. Location is good: maybe 5' away from the beach on foot, and close to most bars and restaurants (warning: not a lot of those in Tamandaré). Wifi worked well most of the time.
If you stay here, please lower your expectations. I paid USD60-70/ night and you may think you should get more for that money, but infrastructure in this area is poor in general.
