Nice friendly pub :-) Friendly staff. 'Vintage' style. It's a Fullers so London Pride is on tap. They had a nice 'Spring Sprinter' when I was there. Didn't have lunch but menu looks good. 3 or 4 gin choices - Bombay, Hendricks, Gordon's and a the usual other spirits. Free wi-fi. Would definitely recommend.

We visited recently on a Saturday evening as a family group for a Birthday meal. The welcome was friendly, the atmosphere likewise and despite being very busy the service was excellent. The wine prices were a little higher than expected for a country pub but the food was of a very high standard. Everyone enjoyed their meals, particularly the fish...

We stayed here for one night, last night. Loved the whole experience. Room was fine, setting was beautiful. Staff were friendly and happy. Food was AMAZING. Had the best burger I've ever had. Would love to come back and stay again! Good choice of breakfast and very relaxed atmosphere both on the evening and following morning. Really can't say enough...

Just had a night stay over at the Ivy house. I choose it at random as i was on business down south, and ive got to say im pretty pleased with the result. The pub is on its own in the side of a busy country road. Its an old building that has been well updated and has a lovely...

We're glad you enjoyed your stay with us! Remember next time to call us to book in rather than online as its slightly cheaper! If I could I would move the road a little further away too!! Thank you for your kind comments and look forward to seeing you again soon.

We visited on a Saturday night. A quaint pub with an excellent restaurant, a bit out in the sticks so visiting by car is best. It has a menu to suit all tastes and prices. Brilliant attentive service - will certainly visit again. You need to book as it is a popular place.

The Ivy House hosted my parent's 50th wedding anniversary party for a group of 30 guests at the end of last year. Throughout the planning the team were always helpful and accommodating. The service on the night was impeccable and the food lovely. Many of the guests commented on both. I would also highly recommend their brunch which we enjoyed...

Lovely welcoming pub, with plenty of smiley helpful staff. Food was very good. The only suggestion to make is to cater more for kids. We would visit more often if there was a kids menu. Will go back in the summer to enjoy the lovely garden.

Dear Battersea, Thank you for your kind comments and we like to let kids eat the same as adults here at The Ivy House so we offer smaller portion. I do apologise if this was not shared with you. We have also made a kids menu with more appropriate meals on!! We look forward to seeing you over the summer....

This pub offers an interesting menu, which is a high gastro pub standard. The bar is mainly filled with tables and chairs. Real fires help to maintain a cosy atmosphere. Accommodation is also available. The staff are very helpful and the service is excellent. Very useful in the area.

I booked for 20 members of our family to meet up just after New Year. The food and service were excellent and we all had a lovely lunch. There was...
