I booked hotel through a web portal and when reached the hotel they said amount paid was lesser than tariff card price so check in not allowed. Horrible. Than after 3 hrs fighting, they agreed to provide room, oh my god such a room full of spiders and not even cleaned, finally I lost my money and returned disappointed leaving...

Stepped to have a lunch with my mom last week. Ordered a chicken masala while mom went with a veg thali. The chicken was INSANELY spicy while the thali was bland. As far as possible please do not go there for lunch/dinner. Not at the rates they charge.

I stayed here for a day and even that was a day more. The rooms are cramped and unclean. The toilets even worse. The staff didn't know what it meant to be courteous. Even the tea ordered would take a long time to arrive and made us realise we should have ordered cold tea. No sugar cubes.. They place normal...

I stayed in Hotel Sudarsan, Kollam for a single night on 01-10-2015. The room rent is highly economical but the restaurant charge is too high when compared. They charged Rs.48 for single bottle of mineral water, just to show their price pattern. Room was very old gloomy but almost clean. The service staff was cordial and the biggest advantage of...

- Room price is okay. - Room condition is below average. - Customer service is below average. I was in the middle of dinner, and the front desk staff asked me to come to the reception are so my photo could be taken for tourist registration purposes. - No hot water available for shower.

This Hotel is a sorry excuse for a Travellers Hotel. It looks from the outside like it has the goods... But don't be fooled by external appearances! It is an overpriced Shambles! The front desk staff are zombies who just do the job. They are pleasant enough but not helpful at all. The whole establishment could do with a good...

Only stayed here because we couldnt get an extra night at Hotel Nani. The hotel was full and we took the last two non a/c rooms. Dont! They were ordinary, and the one we stayed in was grubby. That said, the restaurant was nice enough and the bar had a dark and dingy vibe to it. The food and beer...

The place has seen better days..The building and its structure looked obsolete in the present. The deluxe a/c room which we had was good with good clean toilet. The standard a/c room looked in bad shape.
