NIce rooms for a good price. The food and drinks were a bit pricey for a village pub and nowhere else in the area to eat out. A cheaper bar menu would be a good addition. The food we had was okay but not worth the cost

Excellent food, friendly staff and comfortable stay. The dinner was lovely and despite staying alone I wasn't made to feel uncomfortable. Staff were attentive and well mannered. Pulled pork burger and the hand cut chips are a definite winner! Would definitely visit again!

Been here a couple of times since moving into the area. Each time the food has been lovely, beautifully presented and hot. The staff always go the extra mile to make sure our visit is good, they are so friendly and helpful.

My wife and I enjoyed an overnight stay at this hotel and were very impressed at the high standards of service, food and drink. It probably helps that it is owned and run by a "bluenose" but it was apparent that some thought had been given to room layouts and facilities which included tea/coffee/chocolate drink making. The wine list was varied and contained...

I took my wife here for a treat. The rooms are to hot and the heating doesn't turn off, cheap lumpy beds, no power shower, cooked breakfast was small and not very nice. Mine had a hair in it. I wouldn't recommend room 6 as the maids think it's okay to bang about and stack the bed sheets and load...

Visited on a Thursday evening, hadn't been here for ages. Really nice restraunt just outside of Northampton and not far from Wellingborough. Great mains but the desert wasn't fantastic. Nice atmosphere and good service though.

Popped in for lunch today. Had not been in for years but I was pleasantly surprised. Very good beer and food was excellent. The staff were attentive and it was really good value. We will certainly be back.

I stayed for 2 nights and found the stay to meet my requirements. The food was of a high quality and well prepared. I sampled both from the restaurant and bar and found both were served well and all staff to be extremely welcoming and helpful. Would recommend, each room is heated well using under floor heating so no issues...

We stayed here last July, as we were taking part in an event at the airfield, and were given woeful contemptuous service from the Aviator Hotel on the airfield, so we opted for the Worlds End instead. What a good call! Comfy bed, rooms a good size, staff super helpful even with requests that were a bit off kilter -...

If you are looking for a comfortable hotel with a quality breakfast then give this place a miss. The rooms have underfloor heating which you cannot control and the beds are very uncomfortable. Upon arriving for breakfast I waited for five minutes but no one arrived to show me to a table so I had to go to reception for...
