We stayed here for one night of our twelve night safari and found the staff friendly and the food good. The room was comfortable and the water was hot. Having a bath was a pleasant surprise, as we were to find out later on!More

dbt5699 is right. They do have a laundry service. However unlike what they say on the "Amenities" page of the webside, it is not free, but $1 per item. Which is much cheaper than in most other lodges.
