During our safari, we had the luxury of staying at Gibb's Farm! It's a beautiful property, complete with beautiful walking paths, garden tours, etc. We only had the pleasure of staying one evening, but is was a great oasis in a lush setting. Service levels were at a high level, and the food was excellent. All made fresh from the...

We stayed two nights at the wonderful Gibb's Farm before heading on to Ngorongoro, Oldabai and the Serengeti. The lodges are spacious and beautiful--real splendor. The food is almost Michelin quality, I'd say. Service was so friendly and the views were astonishing.

As part of our recent safari vacation we had the fortune to spend two days at Gibb's Farm. As we drove down the long 5km dusty pot hole filled dirt road we thought that this better be good. We were not disappointed at all and wished we could have stayed longer. The customer service, the organic food selection and preparation...

One of the most exceptional places we've ever stayed in. The pictures do not do the rooms or location justice. If you're visiting Ngorogoro cater, I highly recommend an afternoon and night here before you do. It was so relaxing. The bonfire chat with a Masai was one of the highlights of the trip.

Went for a birthday lunch with my partner. This place is totally stunning. The views are gorgeous, the staff are so so friendly and welcoming. THE FOOD! We all went back for thirds. I dream of the food at Gibbs. It was lovely to walk around the gardens after, meet the staff and see how things are grown. The piglets...

Dear Hannah, Belated birthday wishes, I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed your lunch and had a little time to take in the garden and farmyard. The piglets have grown somewhat since your visit but there will be more. We are looking forward to seeing you again soon. Kind Regards Gerd & Lee-Anne Beurich

Gibb's Farm is an incredibly beautiful resort that almost seems completely out of place. It does harken back to the days of colonialism in the region, being an old coffee plantation. Now it is a very exclusive resort on the side of the hill. The service was attentive and friendly, something I have found throughout Tanzania. Yet it is a...

Wow...what a place!!! We stayed at Gibbs for two nights whilst visiting Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro Crater. We were greeted by wonderfully polite staff who showed us our magnificent room and around the beautiful grounds. Our stay was made even more magical by the extra effort they made after finding out that we had got engaged at the view...

We spent 2 nights here prior to traveling to the Serengeti for our safari and we loved our stay. Our room was beautifully design, with a large deck overlooking the farm. The accommodations were perfect and perfectly comfortable. The service was excellent and the food was very good. This property is very, very special!

I think this has to be my favorite place I've been so far. I had been trying to book for some time but they were fully booked. The day before I called and they had a cancellation so my girlfriend and I made our way to Gibbs the next day. I had been told how great it was but it...
